She stayed over the body, taking in everything he had to offer about the day's events and the lead up to them. Most of the names and people meant nothing to her, though what little she could gather led her to believe the hierarchy had collapsed with "the council's" murder. Snapping herself back to the now she scowled at the distraught face of the fallen Guardian. "Useless, well, I suppose you're still better than the girl. I've been cooped up in her too long as is anyways." Indeed after days of travel Velestia's pleas of kindness and forgiveness were starting to bubble to the surface, and even the whispers of such ideas were lingering longer than she'd care for them to.
Not too far off the sound of greaves stomping against the tiled floor perked her ears up and called her attention away. "Shit. No time now." A flicker of light enveloped her before she took on Arnold's tall and toned body as her own. Her own brand of magic filled in the rest of the illusion, matching everything from the look of his armor to the subtle sounds of it's plates and pieces scraping together as she rose to her feet. She gave the man one last look to notice any subtle alterations or style choices before affirming she'd done it all perfectly. There was just one last thing to do...
The door swung shut as Arnold joined just in front of a small platoon of freshly armed soldiers heading back to the yard to resume the battle, their quivers replenished and injuries cared for. Without a word he took position in their formation, his sword and shield already held at the ready. Giving the others behind him a glance he made no effort to hide his face behind his helmet's visor. Why should he? After all, he was the only one who had it now.

2 groups of soldiers ran up to the Hunters, armed and ready to fight. The team from the left ran until they heard a melody, one that soothed their bloodlust souls. They looked over to see a Beautiful woman in black robe humming a lovely song. They stood there and watched as she walked over them them. Then she put her hand on her lips and it looked like she was blowing them a kiss, but then the wind picked up and the men and women souls were sucked out of them and into her lips. She then turned and walked towards where there were more soldiers, starting to hum again. The team on the right still ran, until the front men something running toward them out of the corner of their eyes. They turned, but they were too late as the being sliced them all into parts in the matter of seconds. The blood covered being then stopped and looked around for something to fight. It noticed someone fighting the Hunters so it ran towards their, it's blades ready to kill.

The Other was greatly taking pleasure as the battle grew and grew before him, each new monstrosity giving him a treat for the senses...well, save for one that is.
"Hey you! Cow!" The Other turned to the source of the enchanting melody, a plain grimace worn on his face. "Your crap singing is ruining my show. There's no enjoyment in watching your off tone wailing kill them. Still, you are the most...intelligent looking of these things here. Don't suppose you can tell me where the real worthy ones are hiding? I know if they're like me, they love to admire their handiwork."

Turning to witness the massive creatures that had disrupted the Wedding of the new King Roxa to his bride, I felt once again the anger that welled in me at the time return, but this time ten...no, twenty fold! Seeing my allies take to one of them, I stared down the second beast, my steely gaze meeting with it's for but a second before I motioned my finger towards the vile beast, my boisterous voice resounding well over the surrounding sounds of battle.
"Know this, foul cretin, you shall be the first to taste my might. My hands pulse with an awesome power; their burning grip tells me to defeat you. Prepare yourself, for you shall be the first to taste my anger, my love, and all of my sorrow!"
Having well prepared for this situation, my armaments already brimmed with the energy needed to actualize some of my more deadly techniques, and I had a particular one in mind for this monster.
"Shishigami Forbidden Technique: Singing Fists of the Heavenly Phoenix!"
Releasing energy from my fists in micro-pulses, my hands eventually blurred to a state of supersonic vibration, causing the air around them to resonate with a dull hum before the violent shifting energy caused the very space around my fists to ignite in a glowing orange hue as the air continually sparked and burst against the sheer forces at work.
Quickly activating my trade mark Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan technique, I darted towards the Hunter in a incredible display of speed, appearing almost instantaneously in front of the beast as my hands sang through the air like lyrical blades of solid fire, blades that before had cleaved rock and steel as if they were wet paper.

Andy, having landed from giving the Hunter a powerful punch, spotted the blood covered creature and scowled. Reaching for his blade...he hissed when his palm began to burn again.
"Aw whats wrong Andy?"
Andy's attention snapped to the formerly bandaged person, the girl with blue hair, relaxed on a destroyed area of the base.
"You...why here?! Why the Allorum Guardians!?" Andy shouted.
"I don't think that's the question you want to ask," the blue haired girl waved her finger, leaping down and walking up next to him. "You want to know why I look so familiar to you..."
Andy hesitated before he nodded, the girl smirked, "Wow, when he told me the new powers would affect my appearance he wasn't joking...or have you been so far gone from home you don't remember me?"
Andy's eyes widened, "Home, wait, you're from Earth?"
Before he could ask more questions she put a finger on his lip to silence him and gestured to the blood covered being. "Hold the questions for now, if you can survive him maybe we'll talk..."
She then stepped back as Andy turned his attention to the creature, pulling out his blade. "Alright then, lets go!"

Post by Seishin Kogeki II on Feb 1, 2013 10:46:18 GMT -5
Seishin was amongst the enemies as well. By all rights this was as much his fight as it was everybody else's, these lands may belong to the Allorum Guardians, but they were within the borders of King Lamuria's nation, and as his captain, Seishin couldn't allow people to just go about, burning and pillaging as they see fit. He was rushing towards a group of three bandits attacking the place, his hands still in his pockets, they all stared across and wondered why a kid who only looked young was coming towards them. At the last minute one of them decided to swing a sword towards him in the hopes of cutting him down swiftly.
Seishin twisted to the side and ducked low under the blade. His right leg stuck out in a sweeping kick, the left one bending inwards, bringing him closer to the ground. His right heel caught the ankle of the bandit in the center, sending him sprawling down. Before he could hit the ground, Seishin straightened out, his right leg swinging back to it's original position, crashing into the side of the bandits head as he fell down, sending him sprawling to the ground next to one of his companions.
As soon as his right foot touched the ground again, his left came straight up in a roundhouse kick to the right, which sent the next bandit crashing on top of his comrade. He hovered his foot in mid-air for a split second, before swinging it across to his left, knocking the third bandit to the floor and into unconsciousness. Hands still in his pockets, he lowered his leg and smiled grimly. Nobody was just going to loot and burn his King's lands on his watch.
"Jeonjin."
He flickered forwards, towards one of the large Hunters also attacking, before leaping up towards it's face and performing a front flip, bringing his foot down towards it's head like an axe.
"Pachungak."
He brought the kick down towards the creatures head. The kick itself was no stronger than that of anyone else who practiced Martial Arts, but Seishin had channeled his Ki into his foot, and as soon as he made contact, he pushed that energy from his foot, through into the Hunter's skull, hoping to pretty much cause it's brain to blow up from within.

"For such a newbie, you really are a showoff," Kiba mentioned casually, pulling his staff out of a bandit's chest as he walked up to where Seishin was landing. "How about we do the rest of this teamwork style?"
He spun the staff around, revoking Striker mode; a green glow materialzed around and sunk into the staff, signaling the beginning of Stinger mode.
"I'll back you up; just do what you do!"

Bang hit one of the Hunters with such an intense power that it sent them both flying backwards, leaving a gashing hole where Bang had struck. The Hunter rolled back, its breathing heavy as its wounds slowly regenerated.
The Hunter made a hissing sounds towards Bang before starting to circle his prey. 'I feel your rage. The failure to protect all those people... you are weak because of it!' the Hunter's words found its way into Bang's head, allowing the creature to taunt Bang perfectly.
It suddenly opened its mouth, unleashing about a dozen vines that began to spread around and attempt to encroach Bang in its venomous hold.
"The enemies are turning their attention elsewhere, it looks like we have reinforcements!" An Allorum Guardian scout spoke as he approached the group ABA was in, "Commander, what shall we do?"
The Commander was a man that few would recognize, Enizo's good friend and teacher, 'Kal'. He made a quick glance around the battlefield before looking back at his scout, "Give a message over to the battalion in the training center and tell them to launch an attack while the enemies have their backs turned. If we can break them now than we can win."
The scout did as told, quickly vanishing from sight as the group went to the large doors that kept the two armies apart. The doors were quickly pulled open by the Guardians, allowing ABA and the group she was with to enter the battlefield.

A deep red line seemed to gouge across the clump of Earth tossed in the direction of Kazan and Volkmar, before it split cleanly in half, revealing Kazan who was mid-jump with his blade in hand, having pulled it free from the ground within a split second. The sword was glowing with a coat of magma as he continued on-wards towards the Hunter, the blade already being pulled back for a thrust from the Guardian.
His eyes were back to normal, and he appeared to be somewhat tired, as he forced the magma coated blade forwards with a roar.

Post by King Roxa Hiaten on Feb 1, 2013 16:45:32 GMT -5
Everyone was rushing into battle, drawing their weapons in defense of their friends, their comrades, their nation, for the sake of battle, for peace. All these different reasons to send men and monster to their deaths. Roxa wanted to look upon the entirety of the situation with disgust, he wanted to be able to turn and walk away from the death and return to his country, to sit on his throne, live his life with his children and live out the rest of his days in peace. But Duo was involved, and this virus would spread to his kingdom, to his people, to his children.
King Roxa Hiaten couldn't walk away.
As he approached the battlefield, his two curved swords sat still at his side as he stepped slowly towards the hordes of bandits and monsters. He stopped calmly at the edge of a battle that the enemy were finishing up, before they all turned to look at the King and sneered, preparing to give battle. Roxa simply grunted and pulled back his fist, before thrusting it forwards.
A huge gout of black and purple energy exploded from his fist, with the occasional crack of a blue or purple lightning bolt, blowing away the enemies. Roxa looked at his fist, the armour on it now seemed rusted and looked almost ready to crumble away.
"I see..." He muttered. "The armour is directly attached to my mana consumption." He loosened and then re-clenched his fist, before drawing one of his two swords. If this was how the armour worked, then he would need to save his mana for now until he properly needed it.
He threw himself into the fight, not speaking a word.

Seishin had long since back flipped away from the Hunter he had attacked, landing beside Kiba with his hands still plunged within his pockets. He heard Kiba telling him to keep on going.
"Do what I do, huh..?" Seishin said with a short nod. He took a deep breath, re-channeling his Ki and focusing on his next target, a different Hunter. These were the main damage dealers to the land here and couldn't be allowed to continue, he would need to continuously push against them until they were all dead or taken care of. "Back to work then." He smiled warmly before flickering away.
"Jeonjin." (Advance)
He rushed towards a Hunter at near untraceable speeds, aiming for one that will have definitely seen him attack the last beast. As soon as he was close enough, he leaped up and pulled another front flip, following the motions of his last attack, he brought his foot down like an axe.
"Pachungak..." (Split Heaven Kick)
He waited until the very last minute, giving the Hunter an opportunity to raise its defences against his attack... As soon as he spotted it moving to the defensive, he continued his assault.
"... Pihada." (Evade)
He front flipped forwards, as if he had stepped off an invisible platform. Soaring through the air, he landed cleanly behind the Hunter, before smirking. He knew that this creatures life was about to suck a hell of a lot more.
He rose his left leg and held it out to the right, as if winding himself up like a screw.
"Hoejion..."
He burst forwards on his right foot, his left rotating around in a huge roundhouse, his entire body becoming a saw blade. Aiming for the Hunters leg, as soon as he was about to make contact, he blew all the Ki from his leg, turning what was already a powerful kick, into a sledgehammer blow.
"... YONGKIG!" (Rotating Dragon Kick)

The Widow looked over at The Other and grinned then she stretched her body in a seductive manner, then she threw her head down, screeching a mind-slaying pitch, creating powerful shock waves shattering the ground leading up to the Other.
The Fallen saw Andy coming at him, and turned so that they were both running towards each other. Right before they were to clash, The Fallen kicked up and spun over Andy. As it was right above Andy, it swung it's swords down one to the front of Andy's head, and the other one to the back of his skull.

The Guardians rushed onto the battlefield and once again the piercing sounds of screaming, the light humming of the magic and the rhythmic pattern of boots against the ground filled Heaven's Last to an astounding level.
As Enizo struck through group of enemies he could feel the presence of an old friend of his. He looked around, trying to spot his friend in the field of Guardians.
"Enizo!" A voice called out to Enizo, causing him to quickly turn and face Kal.
It was such a relief, to know that his oldest friend was still breathing among the piles of dead bodies, "Kal!" Enizo yelled as he ran over to him.
Kal opened his mouth, trying to find proper words to say to Enizo before simply putting his hand on Enizo's shoulder. This was hardly a time for words and that gesture did plenty to relay the words that he wanted to say.
"Where's Kazan?" Kal asked, as if expecting magma to consume them all in mere moments.
"Over-" Enizo was cut off when one of the Hunters went flying by with its detached arm along with it. It quickly regrew its arm and tried to smack Kazan away from it, "Over there..."

Kazan's eyes widened as the Hunter threw it's bulk behind an attack, hoping to swat him clean from the air, but he resisted the urge to freeze up in fear, and instead thrust Wareme forwards, with all of his might.
"Oh no..." He growled as the blade bit in deep, him clutching on to it desperately in the hopes of staying attached to the Hunter. He let go with his left hand, and used his right to pull himself up and onto the hilt of a blade, which he used like a jumping board, propelling himself up into the air, his left fist crackling with pink lightning as he soared up towards the Hunter's face, pulling the energy encrusted fist back.
"... You don't! Sakura Panchi!" (Cherry Blossom Punch)[/i]
He threw the overcharged punch at the Hunter.

The Hunter took the punch which flattened the creature to the ground, but once again, the creature simply recovered from the power. Kazan needed to overwhelm the creature if he wanted to completely destroy it.
The Hunter wasn't going to give Kazan the chance though, it got low to the ground before suddenly the hair on its pack extended like the vines from its mouth... this time they were faster and about three times as many.
"Should we help him out?" Kal asked as he watched them fight.
"We'll end up getting ourselves killed if we do," Enizo said before taking a step or two back, "Besides, we need to focus on breaking this army."
"I agree," Kal nodded, turning his attention back to the army that was being hammered by the Guardians.
The two Guardians rushed in the opposite direction of Kazan. He needed plenty of room to fully pound this Hunter down to dust.
