Duo was looking for his next headquarters where he would plan his next ultimate attack on Santo-Luce. Thankfully Alexander intelligence agency was hard at work, purchasing every house in the country and sticking a cardboard cut out of Alexander by the door with a sign reading:
"You kill 66 people, I buy 66,000 houses!"
Duo was perplexed and impressed by the King's ultimate tactic at making him homeless.
