Name: Tempest(Meaning storm). His given name from the tribe where he grew up at.
Description: Wears traveling clothes with a long white cloak with lightning down the back. Along with his cloak, his hair is white with yellow streaks. His eye color changes with the weather around him.
Age: 18
Personality: His personality is light-headed-ness. He could start listening to someone one second, then completly forget what they said the next second. That doesn't make him forgetful though, he just chooses to listen to them or not. If there is someone in need of help, he will help them.
Alignment: He is a kind-hearted kid.
Equipment: His cloak is able to charge the static electricity that is attracted to him, then send it into the ground in a 25 foot radius.
Weapons: Two lightning-looking blades, curtosy of his missing father, and a bow made of sky-metal, courtosy of his late mother.
Combat: He mostly uses his blades, but in the case of needing to be silent, he will use his bow.
Magic: Since the offspring of two magic nations, Tempest is able to do a bit of both air and lightning. Tempest is able to fly like his mother, but since he has his fathers magic as well, whenever he flies he creates a thunder storm around him. He is also able to manipulate clouds and ride upon them.
History: I guess we should start with Tempest's parents, childern of different magic. His mother lived in the sky kingdom. His father was the son of a leader of one of the tribes of the Tuonoians. As the story told to him by one of his fathers friends, his father was training at the edge of the border of the peninsula when a flying machine suddenly lost altitude and nosedived right towards him. His father jumped out of the way, barely surviving.
When he looked around the wreakage, he found a nearly dead woman. Gently carrying her, he brought her back to his tribe. His father was furious because he had taken the girl to the tribe home, instead of leaving her to die. Outraged, Tempests father decided to care for her himself. When she had gotten better, she thanked him. They fell in love after that.
They got married, even with the warning from Tempests fathers father. Sadly, they lived short lives together. Tempests mother had died giving birth to him. Tempests father was so grievestriken, that he set out on a journey to try to find a way to bring her back. Tempest was left in the care of his fathers friend, who had thought Tempests mother as his sister. Tempest was always picked on because he 'didn't belong with them.'
Finaly, at the age of 17, Tempest decided to try to find his father. His godfather(the friend) had given him his fathers old blades and a bow that his mother had been found with. His godmother(the friends wife of course) had weaved him a cloak that could help him. After that, Tempest had traveled around since.
