Looking for a battle

Hey there guys and girls, so I was thinking that we could use a board for requesting battles, especially considering that the numbers of both heroes and Sumata has climbed quickly, meaning we could soon have battle royales, team fights, epic battles against creatures, etc.

I've never done a rp game like this so I don't know how easy it is to organize anything more than a one on one, but I was thinking it would be nice for newcomers and experienced players alike to have a board where you could just place a request for how many of whoever you want involved and the appropriate players could offer to fill those slots. Goodness knows that if I want to do a two on two I don't really want to have to pick just two random heroes and another Sumata and hope they be up for it. It might also be a good way to ensure that everyone's characters get an even chance to get involved in a battle or two.

All in all, just a suggestion. Let me know what you guys think.

I think starfish would also love if you used the following board for requesting RPG battles with players:

As it is the RP suggestion board and all. I don't see why it can't double as a battle-requesting board, either. Perhaps write "Battle" somewhere in the subject line of the post, give the players the idea you've got (a story behind the battle and why it's happening etc. etc.) if you have one, request certain 'types' of fighters (if you want to be specific?), how many, and if/when you have the post up provide a link or at least specify the location of the post so the players know where to go.

Well, I saw you say something about all the heroes battling the Sumata? If I heard right the boss man got something planned soon... can't give anything else away mostly because I know nothing.

Alright that's fine by me, as long as everyone's aware that THAT will be the definitive place for requesting threads. After all, no one really seems to be using it, so I was hesitant about putting a post up for it.

XD No one's using it because they keep PMing each other or chatting on MSN about plots.

Or they just keep randomly making posts.
