I wish I had sleep

I didn't get a lot of sleep at all and I doubt I'm getting any tonight. I went looking through my art things and found this, realizing I had forgotten it since last Thursday when I finally finished doing the inking job on it.

I'd say screw it, but I've put in wayyyy too much time into this thing to do that. Before I end up inadvertently forgetting it entirely, I might as well post it up while I have the chance. That and there aren't any Saints work up really, anyway. I know Mark was really looking forward to this at least, I had shown him the preliminary sketches and everything step-by-step as I went along:

10+ hours, start to finish without the colouring job. I've really nothing else to say.

You can't do a group shot of the second largest group in CR and NOT say how awesome it turned out, hell you made Everto look as dark and menacing as I hoped!

And Kain is just as equally badass.

Hahaha, ahh, March Muffin #2 you are adorable XD; Alright, fine. It did come out very well and I am proud of it, though there are tweaks and things that I wish would have gone better (as usual). I've never done a group drawing before, or a semi-serious/serious one of more than 3+ people, so this was a little bit of a challenge and I know I'll get better as I go.

The funny thing is that Kain I didn't fully ink in, I did the half outline of his eye because I recall being told there was supposed to be something special about his eye that I have yet to be shown lol.

As for Everto...he was very fun to ink, actually. I've been wanting to play with inks so bad recently and when I did this it bothered me because I did not have a bottle of india ink to brush with brush/ink would have had a lovely effect on Everto, but nothing's wrong with the pen, either--gives a bit more control though the brush has an effect that looks 'nicer' if done right.

It's good to know you enjoy this, especially since it's been sitting around waiting for publicity.

Welll, it turns out I finally found that picture. Who'd have thought it was where it belonged. *cough* I'll get that to you ASAP.

As for the drawing it looks about ten to twenty times better then what you had been handing me, which is awesome because the ones you had been showing me were awesome.

Everto looms over Kain, it's so epic. With the shadowing and all too. I also love Nia's expression she stands out from the group.

Also, have you considered attempting to make a comic based off CR and actually attempt to sell it, god knows you have the skills to do it, and I'm pretty sure the story plot will capture a ton of readers ((after changing people designs such as Andy so he doesn't look like Ichigo.)) Just my thoughts anyway.

I have for awhile been wanting to do a comicbook and sell it. I'd been working for a few years on one with aliens that I call Zarkavians, but I've yet to finish figuring out the story I want to write with it. A CR-based comicbook would be good and a cool idea, but I would never want to do that unless everyone was involved in it in some way or another I don't want to get tangled in legal issues. We can say we'll all get along and it'll work out but something could happen where someone isn't satisfied and then KABOOM we have troubles.

I srsly don't want to have to call Phoenix Wright over it. Nope. Which is why if we did do anything like that, I'd like a contract written up beforehand where everyone involved (writing the story or helping with artwork/concept ideas and stuff) would have to sign it and it would discuss things like money distribution and the like =p
