If the pervious statement applies to you, then you need to get No More Heroes, and No More Heroes 2. Great games, IMO. I mainly love the killing sprees, the women are extra.

See you complain when we say your just 'extras' but if we say called women 'the main attraction' then we'd be peadophiles....

Not pedophiles, we would just be considered weird. After all, they are nothing but Pixels. IF you want a bloody game, play "Manhunt" or "Prototype". Both of which are pretty gory...

Dragon Age: Origins, you punch a rat, your covered in blood...
Alien vs Predator (what's less violent than stabbing a razor sharp tail up, yes you heard me up, a guy's throat?)

Bashing a guys head in when he's on the ground, or what about sawing a guys head off with wire? You can do both of which in Manhunt. Did I mention it was a stealth game? With an exclusive feature that determines how brutal your attacks are...

It was originally banned in the UK before being re-released, thankfully if you bought it over in UK you got the updated version with better graphics =D
And AvP was originally banned in Austrila before being re-released there... Again thankfully nothing had to be changed =D

I really liked No More Heroes. Never got around to playing No More Heroes 2, though. The first game definitely had some well-defined characters, a zany world and a pretty interesting story. It was really fun. However, some of the missions were REALLY annoying, like the one where you only have 1 HP. On the whole, though, I enjoyed it.
