Entering the Castle of Death

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

Elexa stepped into the castle, it's eerily silent alls smelling of death and destruction.

She might've expected that, but this death-scent was different than the subtle non-scent of Guasto itself; no, this death was recent, and blood-scent was also present in amazing quantities.

Something has happened here, she thought, worried.

[Everto Ferox]

"I hope you can provide me with a better challenge."

Everto walked up behind her, his sword drenched in blood. His armored figure was much bulkier than the queen of Nerezza, his eyes were hidden by his armor.

"I am seeking the King of Guasto. Tell me where he is and you will die quickly you disgusting vampire." he said with grim pleasure. "Oh yes I know what you are, I've killed a many of your kind long ago. Now, where is he?"

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

She shrugged. "You tell me. I just got here."

Suddenly, a wave of darkness washed around her hands and the long shaft of a black-and-gold scythe appeared in her hands. "Of course, if you want a fight, I'll be happy to send you to him personally."

[Everto Ferox]

"You? Kill me?" Everto laughed as he lifted his massive sword, "That is the most humorous thing I heard from you. At least you have wit, and not just the body of a whore."

He twisted the handle of his blade and swung it, the sword shot out and became a flail. Flying to her at high speed.

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

One flash of her violet eyes and a smirk later, she stood several feet behind him, presumably having leaped the flail, judging by the blur of movement barely visible.

"Honestly," she said, shaking her head. "Have you never read the lore of the Hunters? Have you really not recognized me? Pathetic."

[Everto Ferox]

Everto was smirking too, for he brought his flail around and the stratches he made on the wall when swinging it began to cave in around Elexa. This was just a distraction for him to run up and swing his blade at her though.

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

She was fooled, lulled into a false sense of security by his easily-read movements. She barely got the scythe up in time, and was forced backwards.

"An intelligent one," she murmured softly. "Interesting... just who are you? Your smell is... unlike any I've ever smelled..."

[Everto Ferox]

"You want to know my name?" he laughed as he held his sword up again. "You do not even have the right to make demands from me."

He laughed as he split his blade into two and raked his swords along the ground, charging at her.

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

She watched him closely for any clue as to where he was going next, ready to parry or dodge as appropriate. She thanked all that was lucky to her people for her extreme reflexxes, even for one of her kind.

[Everto Ferox]

Everto rushed up to her as attempted to slash in an X-shaped motion.

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

She leaped back, exhibiting her grace and flexibility as she simultaneously sent a dark slice of energy at Ferox.

[Everto Ferox]

Everto yelled out as the dark wave passed through his armor and harmed him. He growled and a red aura surrounded his body, he swung his swords and two blood red waves shot out.

[Lady Elexa B'Shera]

Elexa took the strike, wincing as it sent pain through her body.

"Not bad," she told him, stancing again.

[Everto Ferox]

"You need to do more than just congradulate me!" Everto roared, his sword transforming into an axe. "You imbecile!"

He slammed his axe down on the ground and spikes of earth shot up under Elexa.

Elexa leaped again and landed behind him, once again shooting off a darkness wave.

"Why not, when you're so pathetically easy to predict? I'd hoped for more of a challenge..."
