She forced a smile to Profeta, she was incredibly afraid but she tried not to show it. "It's fine, I'm sure this will all be done with soon." But, what did the Saints want with her again? Would she even make it out? She pushed those thoughts back deciding thinking would only make this worse.

"Enough talking you two," Kain ordered before looking around, the tower itself was filled with massive stares, each floor holding a seal. With every floor the seals became stronger and stronger. The Demon was on the the floor next to the last. "I don't know if I mentioned this to you, but don't touch anything. No need having more seals awakened."
Kain glanced around, he expected the Heroes to come anytime now.

At the base of the tower, a giant green square opened up and Yeligar walked though. He was covered in an ash like substance, and he was wiping it off. "You know... I see why Profeta makes the portals now, Kevin." He said as he pulled out the lance. "This looks like this is it. Ready Heroes?"

Van's head shot up. Someone was here, and he was by himself. He stood up and braced himself for pain. He let the Saints down already, he wouldn't do it twice in a row.

Bart turned as he felt something. He grinned as he reached for his sword. "The weeds have here, and they need to be trimmed down." He started to walk away from the other saints to wait for them.

*Mark landed beside Yeligar looking at the giant tower that bled a giant dark shadow across the land.*
Mark: Man that's one big ass tower... *Mark said with an almost nervous laugh before shaking his head getting himself ready for a battle. Then he saw it, Van was standing in front of the tower.* They left someone to hold us off...?
Mark: Yeligar, what do you want us to do? *Mark found himself asking Yeligar once again for orders, his instinct screamed for him to cut him down so he could continue to Harumi but he decided to wait for orders, he was already on the bad side to many of the Heroes.*

Van didn't move. One part of his brain told him to stand aside. The other, the Saint side, told him to die with honor. He looked up at the tower. So many spirits swimming around the building. He looked back at the stranger. "I... " Van had to think, "I would rather not be a figure to have somebody to mourn over. Yet, I would also not want to be someone to betray his family." Van slowly started taking off his sleeves, revealing his grosteque hands. "If I survive this, you'll never hear from me again. If I die, then it's still the same. I'm not much like my family. It pains me to say that some of them are bloodthirsty, but I'm not." Van began to flex his claws. "However, I will fight for them, since they are family. So, bring it."

"Nothings gonna stop me from getting to Harumi, outta my way!" Andy roared, drawing his sword and trying to run past Van. Kevin drew his own blade and looked up at the tower.

Van stopped his stance. "So... you all are saving someone dear." His thoughts went to A.B.A.. He looked back up at the tower. "Don't waste your time on me. Whatever Kain is getting, he almost has it." With that, Van backed up. "Saints, I have failed."
