[Riliath Infernus]

Riliath reluctantly left the two teams fighting one another to continue up the stairs, he made sure that when he approached the giant hand to slamm a gauntlet fist into it, leaving a large hole in the stone. As he continued grinning he sprinted up the stairs towards the top of the tower, a few steps behind Andy "This ends now!" He roared, knowing they'd hear him at the top.

[Gensayce Zidjiai]

Gensayce slid underneath the fist and sword before rushing up behind Riliath and slowing himself to avoid rushing ahead of the larger man "Indeed it ends now..." He muttered remembering the two saints whom they had allowed peace "Sure could do with the extra hands right now..." he whispered barely audible before pressing forwards.

[Grey Highlander]

Grey looked over at the stairs expecting someone to run up them, even with that loud roar Grey could tell it was far away. "They sure sound mad, don't they?"

[Kain Angelo]

"Let them bite their fang won't reach us." Kain said simply continuing to draw the symbols. Something was bothering him though, it was like someone was standing beside him someone with a familiar aura around it. Kain shook his head, could this really be the place where they sealed him...? That doesn't matter Kain thought to himself.

[Sonorc Optimus]

Sonorc sat there as he looked at his children, and pondered. "Kain... are you alright?" He asked, as he looked at him.

[Kain Angelo]

"I'm..." Kain started but waiting a moment before he continued, "I'm fine, just a little dazed. That's all." Kain assured looking back at his work.

[Zee]

"Y-you know... it's ge-getting k-kinda hard to-to breathe." Zee stammered, trying to catch his breath. "A-are we... we almost t-there?"

[King Roxa Hiaten]

Roxa landed on the top of the tower with a sword in hand and his free hand clutching onto Zee as tightly as possible, he did not want to drop the magician during their jump "Kain..." Roxa muttered sympathetically "Is this what the Saints have become? Cowards hiding atop a tower?" He let go of Zee and unsheathed his other blade "I do not want to have to fight any of you but if that is what it takes to save innocent lives then kill I must"

[Zee]

Zee was on all fours, catching his breath. He stood up and took a deep breath. "Let's go, I think the tower will have better air." Zee looked for a door. "Um, where's the door?"

[King Roxa Hiaten]

"There is no door, we are on the top" Roxa said shaking his head slightly, he motioned to Profeta and Harumi "Hurry up, I do not care to stay long" he sneered looking at Kain before turning his gaze to Sonorc "Why do you stay?" he asked "You know this is wrong"

[Kain Angelo]

"Roxa how nice of you to join us." He snapped his fingers and a protective barrier went around Harumi, "But I don't care to battle you, so goodbye." With another wave a powerful push sent Zee and Roxa off the edge of the tower, a barrier going up around the top to keep people from entering. "You want to fight me, you'll have to walk your way up here!" Kain yelled as Roxa and Zee fell.

[Andy Jammer]

Speaking of which....

"Kain!!" Andy roared, slicing through the doors and appearing on the top floor. "Let them go! NOW!"


As Volkmar and Tidus were running up the steps behind Andy, Everto Ferox appeared.

"And just where do you think you're going?" Everto said, clutching his huge sword.

[Kain Angelo]

"Someone, hold him back." Kain said not even looking back at Andy, "I need just a bit more time."

[Zee]

Zee grabbed Roxa by the shirt. He closed his eyes and concentrated."Levitate." He opened his eyes and saw that they were still falling. "Uhhh... Levitate! LEVITATE! LEVI-AAAAAAHHHHH" Zee brought Roxa closer. "BARRIER" A silver bulb closed around them not a moment too soon. They smashed into the small temple's floor, saved only by the barrier. Zee opened his eyes, noticing that his eyesight was unfocused. "Da... darn. Can't fall asleep now." He stood up and staggered a bit. He looked down at Roxa. "You alright?"

[James Morte]

"I got him," James said coming from behind Kain, James jumped into the air and slammed right next to Andy causing the ground around him to crack slightly, not enough to fall though. Then with one quick movement he swung his lance right at Andy.
