James dodged Andy's blow and was about to strike back when Nia's flame roared to them. James flipped over them and landed next to Nia. "Wow... nice job." He said giving her a congratulated nod.

Ayalan had finished teleporting around; he didn't want to hit this girl at all really, he just wanted to give Malice time. Then he looked up and saw the fire burst out the top of the tower; but no screams or shouts.
"Looks like the situations getting heated...I'll help the others!"
He frowned at even himself, and looked back to Malice, knowing he'd be okay, he arrived at the top of the stairs, picking up Zee along the way.
"Oh hey." He started, grinning, as he arrived at the top to see a destructive battle, and a very annoyed Nia; Kain, and Volkmar.
He folded his arms, and cleared his throat, putting Zee down.

Roxa burst onto the top floor, with his arms across his chest "Enough!" He roared throwing his arms wide, a huge bubble of solid air quickly engrossed the top of the tower sending anyone hero or saint alike to the floor, he was sick and tired of the fighting.

Everto blocked the high strike, but the low strike landed a strike. He staggered back as he felt blade slash through armor, his body tinging slightly red.

Andy was shoved back from Nia's flames, separating him from James. He was about to strike back when Roxa appeared, the compressed power was strong...so strong in fact it could break the barrier holding the girls and hurt them.
"Roxa stop! Profeta and Harumi are gonna get hurt!" He yelled as the power rushed at him, he leaped in front of the barrier and his sword held in front. He was trying to hold back the power. "Gaaahh....damnit...."

"Heh, And the moon isnt even out. You better not break until then!" He said as he swung his sword at him. He looked around and saw some of the other people on their knees. "What is going on?"

Zee struggled to his feet and looked at the girls. "Ba-barrier." A silver bubble enveloped them and Zee smiled. I did it, I saved master... and someone else. Zee yawned and let the air take him down.

Ayalan, being right next to Zee, stood up for a good moment, as he walked toward Kain; but then the air got him down. He did have his magic though.
But he couldn't punch or move, yet he could teleport, as he looked..Profeta and Harumi were fine, and everyone else was being forced to the floor. He growled to himself, and thought what the best course of action was; he started to charge up his weapons again, as Malice started.
"R...Roxa.." He looked over, and he struggled, pulling himself along toward Kain, Volk, Nia, and Andy.

"Roxa, enough of these silly games." Kain lifted himself up despite the magic, "Let me explain something to you, a status effect of magic can be easily blocked with another magic or a superior power. My power is superior to you and everyone here. Now, fight the others in a different room." He lifted his hand and everyone, Saints and Heroes alike transported into a cage of sorts but with no bars, just an endless field. "You all will fight there till I am finished." Kain's voice echoed through the field, "Good luck, Saints."

"Who's the one really playing the 'silly game'?! You coward!!!"
Jasmine's angry voice surprisingly rang out from the Saints and Heroes group. She stood where she was, fists clenched tightly and looked around at the large group. Fighting was pointless, especially now when they were nowhere near Kain or the girls.
Or were they? Where were they?

"Profeta! Harumi! DAMNIT!" Andy roared, hearing Jasmine yell alongside him. Kain's words though gave him a clue to what was going on...the field was based on a conquest factor. Saints and Heroes. One side would win...
"Jas, we need to defeat the Saints! Fast! Before Kain can summon whatever the hell's in the tower!"

Tidus was forced on his knees by Roxa's blast, when it faded he was confused at first. Looking around the field. When Andy shouted out he realized he needed to do what he did best. Be an Ace. (Playing: Go The Distance (I'll Go) - Sixto Sounds (tales.ocremix.org - Summoning of Spirits))"Volkmar! Let's kick this up a notch!" he yelled, running at Everto. And sending a wave of slashes at him. "Are you ready for this?!" He did a few more slashes before leaping in the air, pulling out his Blitzball he threw it at Everto. It bounced off his armor and flew back to him. Tidus flipped backwards and did a somersault kick. The ball slammed into Everto, glowed, and exploded. It wouldn't defeat the knight, but it'd do damage. "Goal!" |

Jasmine didn't firmly grasp the trick behind their surroundings as well as Andy. She thought they were actually trapped until Kain could get away with his plan. Andy was pretty hellbent on defeating them right now though, and the urgency in his voice rang clear to her as more of a demand than request, which was just as well as she would have probably not have done anything right away otherwise...
"Of course," she answered Andy positively, "let's win us a fight!"
Turning on her heel towards the Saints, she raised a hand to the air and after a briefly muttered incantation the sky above grew intensely bright, followed shortly by a barrage of razor-sharp shards of light that began to rain down onto the Saints.

"Miss, do you need any help?" Zee stood up and brushed his clothes off. Zee had felt something that he had never felt before in his life when he was brought here, wakefulness. Must be this place. He thought. That meant the moment he left this plane, he would become tired again, Oh well, better make the best of it.

Grey stood along side Kain as always, there was a small ball floating gently off the floor, inside that ball was the Heroes and Saints fighting, looking down at it was like a battle arena expect they couldn't see Grey or Kain. "Wow... and the reason why I'm not in there is because I'm not useful when all I'll do is kill our own allies, am I correct?" Grey asked keeping a tight hold on Harumi.
