Name: Torrin Rokkakyu The Second (AKA Rin.)
Description: Rin is an anthropomorphic cat. He's got long wavy hair, a scruffy beard, and he's got dark brown markings on his red fur. He's 6, 5", and dresses like an adventurer.
Age:216 (His kind live to be 1000, so he’s not THAT old considering.)
Personality: Energetic, Happy-go-Lucky, Mischevious, Flirty, Eccentric, Independant, Unreliable
Side: Neutral
Occupation: Exhiled Prince of Mageia.
Equipment: He has a pendant and a Staff for harnessing large amounts of energy, depending on the occasion. Equipment is minimal, but He is capable of summoning certain things.
Weapons: Magic is his weapon.
Combat: Rin uses magic when in combat, but being a cat, he's also has claws and sharp teeth.
Magic: He is a wizard from Mageia. Life revolves around it.
Flaws: Rin isn't evil, but he doesn't regret anything he does (Unless it makes his son angry. THEN he feels remorse.) And he's a womanizer. He's a bit immature for his age.
History:
Rin's father, Torrin the First is the King of Mageia. Due to certain circumstances though, he lost his rights to the throne. Thus- Rin is of Royal blood, but the people don't respect him very much.
Rin is fairly independant, but there is only ONE being that he would do anything for at this point, and that would be his son.
Kaku is Rin's son, and currently, the two are not on very good terms. Rin loves his son dearly, but he knows it's his own fault that his son dislikes him.
Although Rin made a lot of screwups in the past, he has but one regret- and that is missing his son grow up.
Although he is over 200, Rin still has plenty of spunk and energy left. He can be a huge troublemaker, but he would never do anything to hurt anyone....except maybe break a few hearts.
He's very mischevious and he's quite the ladies man, even at his age. He's been known to be a real swinger, yet it doesn't bother him too much, as he's all about living in the present.

Mageia is a Realm inhabited by wizards, and sorceresses, and nearly everything revolves around magic in some way. This Realm is highly old fashioned and things such as guns or electronics do not exist.
There ARE rules and such. Mageia is not a free for all Realm.
Simple or common spells usually require a chant, and a wave of the hand, however more advanced spells require a staff or pendant to harness large amounts of magic.
Magic requires Energy and motivation to work, so if a wizard is sick, injured, or depressed, they will not be able to use magic to the best of their ability. If they are exhausted, they will have a VERY hard time using magic as well. There are different levels and skills as well to determine what a wizard can and cannot do. Advanced spells require education, training and concentration. The more advanced the spell, the more energy/education it requires.
Humans do not exist in this world, so Rin would be fascinated to see one.
