New Horizons is an RP site based in the near future were America has broken into civil war with a Militia Group and a number of PMC's are needed to tip the balance in the favour of either side.
You can RP as either a Government Soldier, Miltia Trooper or a member of C.A.T.S (Combat And Tactics Squadron) but their are only limited spaces on C.A.T.S.
Most soldiers wear an exoskeleton which grants them certain abilities, those who played Metal Gear Solid 4 will instantly think of the BB Corps.
