Allorum's Angels

First of all:

Blame. Aya.

Secodn of all....

Mark, Trucido, and Profeta. The Archangels of Allorum. Really, the only true 'angels' we have. Of course, there's Dark and Ishtar, but they're not technical, official, badge-and-halo angels.

So when somehow the subject of Charlie's Angels was brought up, this was oen of several ideas that came to mind. Expect more variations on the same theme, only with different characters, soon.



A pretty decent piece of artwork if I do say so myself. I'm going to end up coloring it at some point and it'll look a bit better.

Profeta is in the center, looking all badass, there.... I like the way her hair turned out. It was different than I started it but better than I'd hoped.

Trucido is on the right, with the ice cream cone. I added that in because I was having a hard time positioning his hands. His outfit, that gothy-trenchoat-thing, was rushed and pretty much the only thing I could think of other than his usual attire. I love his goofy grin.

On the left is Mark, and just as amazing as Profeta, IMHO. He looks a little skinny, but I added in a little muscle detail (a field I'm working on improving) and he doesn't look so bad. Not bad at ALL. His hair is different, but I didn't want to do the full, elaborate, Cloud-spike thing. Chock it up to the fact that these are younger versions of the characters, if you wish. His art turned otu the best, I think, except for his gor-fricking-ram hands. Oh well.

Aww XD; I don't think I've ever told anyone this, but I really do despise Trucido when he's on an ice cream kick. He's not intimidating at all when he gets like that.

Mark is quite skinny but for the style you draw them in it works just fine. Everyone's pretty slender and delicate-looking, much like the original Charlie's Angels would have been perceived.

Profeta's hair confuses me. I see it is long and some comes over the shoulders, yet the left side there almost looks like it's braided |D.
On the topic of her left side, I giggle at her shoulder being dropped so low XD; It does in fact have to come a little lower to accommodate the hip being raised in order to rest on it, but it has been dropped low enough that it looks like it's been fully detached from her skeleton. It's a very touchy region and it's annoying because there is a very fine line between doing it "right" and doing it "wrong".

Pshhhh. Blame me? XD; I mean, I'll take credit for having the overactive imagination when I thought about the others, but you're the artist! I enjoy this parody though.

It's quite clever, and I think Trucido eating his ice cream is nice. Maybe he's just a good guy at this time? |DDD

Sorry, Jess - it was 2AM and I'm not very good at posing people anyway.
The 'braided' look comes from the fact that I was very very tired last night and didn't erase all the extra lines there, so it's actually not braided, just messy

I'm really really happy with how Mark came out.

The slenderness is an unintentional side effect of the way I framework things. Sometimes it gets annoying, too. Ah, well.

Yes, I like Trucido much better when he's eating ice cream.

Why haven't the heroes offered him an ice cream factory in exchange for leaving the world alone? I mean, really. THAT'S ALL HE REALLY WANTS.

....sadly, I must admit, I've only seen pictures. I know almost nothing about Charlie's Angels. I feel culturally deprived.

My mom was a fan of the original Charlie's Angels, I saw one of the more recent movies, but that's how far my knowledge extends.
