Zelos caught Seigmand's strange outburst to Trucido's plan, he seemed to be having his own agenda too. But then there was this Scarth, the Sumata of Wind he believed. He seemed to be talking with himself, that man...was a man beyond reasoning. He would have to take care with him. But then he felt the spike, Seigmand was right, three were fighting Night. One of them was Andy, he recognized the pulse of his energy.
They're moving faster than I thought.

Alexander stared in awe at the large, beautiful wings as they stretched out wide. He then smiled at Alex.
"I think I like you having wings, D," he chuckled momentarily, "I would greatly appreciate the help if you could provide it!"

Yeligar was staying behind now, too? This worried Jasmine a little more. She'd only spent the most time with Andy, Mark, and Yeligar to know how safe she felt with either of them. Then again, Volkmar was still around and as odd as he could be at times, he didn't seem like too bad of a guy.
...Though he did eat a mouse's eyeball. That thought still disturbed her. She trudged along through the woods, though at a much slower pace now.

And Lana just hated waiting on people, as stated earlier. Andy and Mark were fighting Night, and Yeligar also ditched to help out, directing them all to move forward.
Lana looked over the remaining heroes. She didn't know how any of them actually faired in battle (aside from Kouichi), and marching straight into the Sumata probably wasn't a good idea unless they had someone in the lead that wasn't Jasmine.
Regardless, she moved ahead only a moment to give Jasmine a hard shove and saying, "GO!" in a demanding tone. She quickly resumed her position behind the rest of the group and finally unsheathed her sword.
"Someone should probably take up the front as blondie up there can't fight," she suggested, rather calmly.

Jasmine nearly stumbled over her own feet being shoved by Lana like that. She gripped her bag tightly and looked back at Lana.
She quickly turned herself back to the front and walked faster, almost wanting to break into a run. She was scared, but they had to stop the Sumata before they could do anything. Andy and the guys would be there soon enough. It was just like her mother had told her, if she believed in him he'd always be there, and likewise if he believed in her she'd always be there for him, too.
With that, Jasmine broke out in a run into the woods.

"Don't look back!" Lana barked, her captain habits coming back to her, "you're in the front, it's not your job to watch what's going on back here."
Her face hardened as Jasmine finally started running ahead - something Lana wanted to see. She was eager to move, and in a way curious to see how this would play out. From behind, Lana pushed the group forward quickly until they caught sight of a few of the Sumata members not too far away. Lana suddenly came to a halt, staring ahead at them and gripping her sword tighter.

"Well Seigmend, Now that Lilith is awake, we can go into the portal, then I can snag Night out of the fight, leaving the heroes here, and lost off our tail. I told you this before, are your ears fine?" He said as he placed Lilith down, and responded to her "I have to open up the portal." He walked over a bit and and punched the air. His fist vanished, and he pulled the portal door open. "Hurry, everyone in"

Night blocked Andy's blow, even though he was blown back a little back. "Oh Come on, I need a real fight! Why Should I fight a worthless Earthling and a Santo-Luce soldier." He swung his sword down at Andy, then he swung his foot at Mark.

Volkmar was walking, and watching everyone else struggling to move. Hearing Lana bitching at Jasmine and such. He pulled out one of his zweihandlers, and started to swing it back and forth, to get ready.

Miri flew at pace with Jasmine's running, looking like an odd sort of escort. "Don't worry, I'll cover you," she told her, smiling. "What's your name again?"

Alex grinned. "I forgot how much fun flying could be after I kept that cloak on all the time. Feels good to stretch out a bit, you know?"
He looked at the king, as though trying to decide how best to do this. Finally, he nodded.
"I need to get off the ground before I grab you. Don't be startled when I pick you up."
A few moments later he was in the sky. A few moments after that, he had the king by the shoulders and the king was in the sky, too.
