"This is getting harder and harder to do," Alexander groaned aloud to himself, making a quick run through a series of shrubs off the side of the road.
As things were getting more and more dangerous in the world, it was only natural that security in the kingdom of Santo-Luce be...'beefed up' shall we say. And if the kingdom's security tightened, it meant the king's personal security tightened as well. It was getting to the point where simply sneaking out of a window or climbing the castle walls wasn't enough for Alexander to get out and away from all of the stress and troubles of ruling the kingdom in these rough times.
After hours of arguing, it was finally agreed that he leave only with his captain, Alex by his side at all times. Surely in the good captain's hands the king would be safe.
...Until Alexander managed to sneak away from Alex, too. One major flaw in this whole scene that none had thought of previously was that Alexander and Alex had become more like friends than king/servant...
Which then brings us to the obvious scene in the present where Alexander was now climbing out of the brush, shaking twigs and leaves off of him as he stepped into the busy streets of Lux Lucis--finally away from any guards, restraints, and whining (kind of).
"I just need like, half an hour. Is that so much to ask?" he said aloud again, stopping at a fountain in the middle of the town square.

"It depends.... half an hour of wh-"
The speaker was Lamuria Nerat, in his best traveling clothes. He wore, as was his custom, effeminate-seeming attire, and his harp was on his lap as he sat on the edge of the beatufiul fountain. His voice was husky, yet higher-pitched for a man of his age, and as he looked up at the blonde man above him, his words died.
The sense that told him this man was familiar went ignored as he blushed at the gorgeous eyes he looked up at. Lamuria Nerat liked a pretty face, and the King of Santo-Luce was about as 'pretty' as a man could get.
Well, pretty as a man could get without being Lamuria.

Alexander looked down at the man....woman...man...woman...man...womanly man/manly woman with the harp in its lap.
...woman.
...womanly man.
Alexander shook his head then as he tried to answer Lamuria.
"Let's just say I've been watched and I'm looking for a little time away from the hawks," he answered slowly, "...why do you want to know, uh....y-your name, please? If you don't mind?"
He at least hoped he didn't come off as rude.

Lamuria caught this god's confusion, and cleared the blush off his face; then, flashing his most winning smile, he spoke in his most winning voice.
"Lamuria Nerat, milord. I have come to this fair city on the business of the Queen of Alberisato... but that doesn't matter so much now, as I cannot get where I wish to go. I became hopelessly lost, for this surely must be the largest city in the world... I sat down on this fountain with my harp in order to sing praises to it's beauty, and hope that a listener would be able to help me with my plight..."

Alberisato. Great, who was he, a spy?
"...I see...." Alexander answered slowly again, "so you are looking for a place, are you? You're in Lux Lucis and I assure you it is big and very well-populated, but it's nowhere near as big as Silicis City in Roccia. Then again, coming from the other end of the world would probably be pretty confusing...where is it that you're headed to, uh...Mr. Lerat...?"

"Nerat," he corrected. "My queen has sent me to speak with your king, but, although I can clearly see the palace with my own two eyes, I can't seem to actually find a street that leads there."
He was annoyed. He'd never been in a twistier, more confusing city - he'd been under the impression that most cities were built on, you know, straight lines.

Speak with the king, huh?
"It is a bit of a complicated path to get out there, though luckily for you I know it rather well...what business do you have with the king, anyway? If you don't mind my asking," Alexander raised an eyebrow curiously as he spoke.

"Oh, not at all. She wishes to discuss certain arrangements for the upcoming war; all such boring tihngs, nothing to trouble a pretty face like yours."
He smiled, his eyes narrowing seductively as he waved his hand, pushing away the thoughts of such trivial matters.

Alexander nodded slowly.
"I see. Huh."
He looked both ways before he turned his attention back to Lamuria. He wasn't too sure of him, but if he was looking to speak with the king then Alexander thought it probably would be best to head back to the castle - at least if the man actually intended to do him harm he'd have some back-up.
"I suppose if you are really interested in getting to that castle so soon, then if you want I could show you the way? It's a pretty clear path once you've found the right road..."

Lamuria mistook Alexander's meaning, always having a slight case of what one could call 'selective hearing'.
"Oh, I'm not really in any hurry... I suppose I could afford to slow down a bit if I'm with someone like you..."
He moved closer to Alexander in his most charming manner, turning the charm up to 11.

Alexander blinked. He was becoming quickly flustered at how quickly this guy moved to invade personal space, which clearly reflected in his response.
"I..I...uh...s-sure?" he automatically answered, not fully sure what he was even saying.

Yes! Score~!
He took the fair-haired god's arm, snuggling up against him. "Where shall we go then? To dinner? Are there any good restaurants around?" He ran one elegant, fine-boned hand down Alexander's arm.

Alexander tensed the moment Lamuria grabbed his arm. What did he just agree to? What was going on?
Why wasn't Alexander paying full attention? Something about dinner and a restaurant? This guy wanted a restaurant and to go with him.
....this was totally a chick, right? In disguise? Yeah. Had to be. He was still a little flustered yet as he tried to answer Lamuria calmly, trying to forcefully sink in everything that was going on right now.
"Um...y-yeah, there's...some down the street..." he watched confusedly at the feminine man on his arm.

Lamuria smiled his most winning smile, deciding on his more feminine side for tonight. This god would have a night to remember... then, he could go to the castle to meet with the king tomorrow. It was getting late, after all.
"Of course... lead the way, good sir." He smiled up at Alexander so charmingly, putting on his most feminine look, gigling girlishly. Oh, he knew how to play them, he did. His own beautiful blue eyes looked up into the god's even more beautiful blue eyes with the most genuine expression of admiration and wonder.

Alexander seemed to become a little more comfortable, his shoulders relaxing a little as he heard the real girlish giggling - yeah, this was some kind of a manly girl alright.
And Alexander DID want to be out and having some fun tonight anyway, so this was going to be it. There was no harm in it afterall. That and it'd be wise for him to get inside soon before Alex or some of the guards found him anyway and cut his fun night out short.
"Uh...y-yeah. Let's go, then," he smiled himself now, at the girl, and lead the way politely to a small restaurant. It was a nice one, decorated with elegant flowers on all of the tables and fancy table cloths - he figured she'd like a little candlelight dinner afterall.
"How's this, huh?" he asked Lamuria as they were seated.
