Ludro was next of the river waiting on Lana. When he heard that she was back, he left a letter to have her meet him there, next to the river. He was shuffling his cards in his hand.

"Hey."
The voice, though quiet, had a strong air of confidence. It was typical of Lana, who stood off by a tree, watching over Ludro as he had been shuffling his cards. He looked the same as he always did, but she knew she looked different. She had a more neutral look on her face rather than one of anger, and her shoulders gave a relaxed look.

"Hey, how was Earth?" He said as he walked over to her. He put his hands to the sides, but the Cards remained in his hands.

Lana shrugged.
"Wasn't anything too great. Lots of moving boxes with wheels and lights. Trucido is an ass and I got dragged into a dancing competition," she answered with a slight smirk. She wouldn't let too much leak, afterall, "how was not-Earth? Hope you and Herrlock had...uh...fun."
Normally she'd sound a little bitter talking about Chika, but at the moment Lana didn't care.

A sly smile curved Lana's lips, knowing that the 'distraction' in question was herself before Ludro even said it. She folded her arms and comfortably rested against the tree.
"Kicked Andy Jammer in the head," she answered coolly, "Trucido tried to kill me but some gun-wielding maniac stepped in. I guess you could say I'm lucky. Did you get into any fights?"

Lana sighed and smiled.
"Heh. I missed you, too. Wasn't much fun out there by myself," she said. Honestly, Ludro came up in her mind a lot on the trip but...after that competition, well...things seemed to get a little complicated. Moreso than they were before, that is.

Lana raised an eyebrow. It was such an odd thing to ask.

"Um..." Lana started while raising an eyebrow, "because I don't have magic? I don't know magic? I can't use magic? What the hell are you asking me for, you know this already!"

Lana snorted.
"Shouldn't you improve yourself in any war? What magic is this and how am I supposed to learn it? I'd rather just get in there and kick the crap out of everyone in my damn way," she replied hotly. She wasn't going to turn down a new technique to learn if she was offered it, but she didn't want to turn into one of those freaks who waved a wand around and let magic do everything for them. Lana wanted her enemies to feel her fist in their faces, afterall.
