Akuma could not grab the second chain due to his sword but with hold of the first one he wound it around his wrist slightly, his face showing no strain at all "And then I fear one day someone's hand will best yours and then your heart will stop for good sir" He pulled the chain, hoping to drag Ludro in range of his sword.

"Let's hope that hand will come when I am nice and old." he said, as he was suddenly pulled along. He was shocked at his strength, as he was pulled towards him.

Once he was at an acceptable distance he placed the chain under his foot and swung with the blunt side of his sword, he wasn't aiming to kill Ludro.

Ludro was rubbing his arm, since that is where he was hit. He looked at him, "You are a strong one, Shuen." He said as he dropped his weapon. "Looks like I am going to have to raise the stakes." He started to shuffle his cards.

"That's right sir..." He said unwrapping the chain and looking across at Ludro with the dark red eyes "Up the stakes, let's make this game a little more interesting!"

The cards spew out of his hands, and spun around Ludro at a slow pace. "Good, I hate when it is boring." 3 cards flew at Akuma's arm.

Akuma brought his sword down and blocked the first card, the second caught him on his arm and he lept out of the way of the third, cursing inwardly he took a defensive stance, unsure on how much of his ability to put on show.

"I also heard that you have something special about you. Are you going to use it?" He said as the cards fell to the ground. He then made an uppercut motion, and the cards went under him and launched up from under him.

Akuma seemed to dissapear in a dark shadow, he reappeared behind Ludro sending both of his feet towards him in a dropkicking motion.

Ludro was shocked that his opponent vanished, and then kicked him in the back. "An Ace in the hole, eh? Maybe you pulled it out a bit early." He said as he fired more cards at him.

The resultant force from when he kicked him sent him into a backfilp away from Ludro, again he seemed to dissapear into nothing, the cards flying straight to where he had been. Reappearing back in the same place now that the guards had passed he remembered he would not be able to keep moving at this speed for long so instead he moved in closer, attempting to halt the long-range attacks

"Teleportation? Interesting." He said, "New game, 52 pick-up!" He said as all of the cards were shot out and spread out on the ground. They grew until they were about the size of a person. Ludro picked on up and slammed it over himself, making him vanish into the card.

Akuma tried his best to keep his cool "This game bores me..." He said raising one of his hands up to his chest, it glowed with a dark shady aura, it was stupid of him to be using such a powerful manuoever so early on in the battle but the chances of victory would be gravely cut otherwise. Swinging the arm back down a dark purple circle appeared around Akuma's feet "Nami.." he whispered, the circle exploded upwards into a huge cylinder around his body before rushing forwards like a tidal wave, the powerful energy washing over all of the cards. Akuma held his right hand in a fist, straining to keep the attack going.

"Hmm, trying to blow me away?" Ludro asked. He voiced echoed all over the walls, like he was everywhere. "If the game bores you, then make a new one, like SLAP JACK!" A card that was wedged in a crack, suddenly spun and Ludro came out of the card and he flipped the card around, so that the back of the card was aimed at Akuma. He grabbed the bottom, and slammed it at him.
