Andy laughed at her. "There's no point, I kill, it's what I do."
"Enough!"
'Andy' froze, he began to tremble oddly as he raised his fist...and smashed his mask. His eyes went normal as it shattered.
"Jas...I...""

Lilith growled angrily at the both of them.
"I didn't ask for you to get in the middle of this, you little brat," Lilith snapped at Jasmine, "but if you're willing to die with me, then I can't see there being a big problem here. As for you..."
She glared up at Andy. "....I have nothing else to say to you besides I hope you burn in hell, you rotten little..."
The witch had spoken.

"Shut up," Andy snapped, throwing his fist at her, which should knock her out. He turned at Jas, his body shaking. "It was that thing...it...it is a part of me, my warrior nature...it calls me to kill..."

Jasmine stared hard into the monster that was supposed to have been 'Andy'. 'I'm not scared of you...I'm not scared...'
She was relieved to see that just as quickly as it had come, that evil suddenly vanished. Ignoring Lilith's constant grumbling, she smiled, her heart relaxing even though the rest of her was shaking.
"I-it's okay...everything's fine now, right?" she spoke softly to him, "you proved you're better than that, just like I said you were..."
She seemed to forget that Lilith was even there, really, as she opened up her arms a little to give him a quick, comforting hug.

Andy went into her arms and hugged her back. "I'm sorry...I'm sorry I couldn't save your mom...I'm so sorry."

Jasmine had nearly forgotten that the ruined building they were standing uh...in...was what used to be her...their home, and the other body which now lay motionless on the ground was her mother.
Somehow, feeling Andy's arms tightly around her helped pull out the tears she was trying to hold in. She shook yet as they slid down her cheek, and she breathed deeply as she buried her face in his chest.
"I-it's okay...it's not your fault," she squeaked, "it's not...you tried. You were at least here for me b-because I believed you would be...I at least have you."
Her grip tightened on him. "I was scared...I wanted you here. That's all I cared about."

"Jasmine..." he held her with one arm as his other hand gripped his sword. "Someday I will be strong, I will be stronger than Lilith, Zelos, I'll be stronger than Trucido himself! I will defeat the Sumata, even if my life must be the price...for no one to feel the pain of this again."
"Come on Jas, we should bury your mom."

Jasmine wept a little harder, shaking more as she nodded her head. "No talking about you dying," she sobbed, "not you, too. I won't let it. That's what I'm here for, I won't let it...you and Kara..."
She fought hard with herself to finally gain some composure, and she tried to smile as he suggested that they bury Hala. Silently, she nodded, pulling out of Andy's warm hug and walking towards the dead body to retrieve it.
((K NOW I'M SRSLY GONE FOR LIKE, TWENTY MINUTES.))

Andy walked over to the knocked out Lilith and frowned. "You will all fall, and I will be the one to bring your fall"

Jasmine crouched down next to Hala and stared at the woman for a long time. The last time she had seen her, Hala had wrapped her arms around her in a warm hug and told her, "Be careful on that mountain, this time!" recalling the last time Jasmine ventured up there by herself she had been met by Xisa Tyrant.
Jasmine picked Hala up by her shoulders, hugging the woman close and slowly rising to her feet to try to carry her out and onto a respectable patch of dirt to dig up for her.
"She raised me, Andy. She'd been so brave without my father, she taught me everything she knew..." more tears silently leaked down her face as she spoke, "she really liked you and Kara, too. Sometimes I think she wanted you two to call her 'mom'..."

Andy stared at her as she spoke, then he walked over and picked up a clunk of dirt and crumbled it on top of Hala.
"Good night...mom."
The sad thing was, Hala was the closest thing to a mother that Andy would ever have.
