"I agree," Tempest said behind them. He had only found one of his blades, and it was badly bent. "Oh man, and I liked these blades too." shaking his head sadly he dropped it and picked up a dead soldiers twin blades... what are the odds? He took a moment to close the soldiers eyes before standing up. "Where should we go?"

Gensayce sniffed unsure on where to go "I would have liked to have fought Taggert again" he said quietly scanning the battlefield "But I am unsure if he is here, I personally would like to mount horses and retreat to Ghiaccio to make sure Kara is definatley safe" he looked down at her, still not letting her go "But I have a feeling we're all a bit too stubborn for going that far, we could retreat to the castle..?"

Kara wrapped her arms lightly around his waist. His chest was warm and comforting. "Someone at the castle should be able to give us shelter...especially with me being me. After this battle has ended and the city is safe we could try to return to Ghiaccio. I have unsettled business with Selina." Her words were slightly muffled in his embrace, but he should have still been able to understand her.

Gensayce nodded yet again "Then we shall head for the Twilight castle" he said turning his head to Tempest "I would ask you to come with us" he said with a small smile "If somehow this city falls, I would not want to have to protect Kara on her own, I am an able warrior but I cannot single-handidly hold off the hordes of soldiers" His gaze rested on the tired Roxa who stood on one knee after seemingly using all of his power, but he knew he would be safe, he also looked across at Riliath who was engaging Xisa but again the man would be able to protect himself. Once me he looked at Tempest "Would you come with us?"

Suddenly Kuukyo dropped into one of his portals, and came out of one right behind Yeligar, he swung his giant blade at Yeligar's back as he flew out of the portal.

"Sure, I would be happy to." Wow, Tempest thought, it seems like they're starting to like each other. Man, I would have to start calling Gensayce My Lord if they... Tempest had his eyes closed and was slightly chuckling.

And suddenly, a staff was between Kuukyo's blade and Yeligar's back, a black-haired teen standign behind it, shoving the blade away.
"Not exactly the 'honorable' type, are you, SUmata?"

Faey had been watching the fight between the green-haired man and Kuukyo, and was running in to help when Kuukyo had swung at his enemy's unprotected back. Now she stopped short and grinned- someone had deflected the blow so there was nothing to heal yet. Unfrotunately she had still run close enough that it was obvious she was about to join this battle. She pulled her sword out of the sheath at her waist, holding it in a defensive position.

Yeligar's eye opened up as he saw the Sumatas vanish in front of him, but thankfully, Kouji was there. "Thank you, Kouji." He said as he turned around, and faced him, with his lance and shield at the ready.

Kuukyo raised his hand as if to point to the new fighter, and then at least a dozen portals opened and arrows flew out of them right to Yeligar and Kouji.

"Kouji, watch out!" Yeligar said, as he shoved him out of the way. He raised his sheild to cover hsi front, and his lance started to pick up wind, however he did get some arrows shot though his armor in his shoulders, and his calves.

Faey backed away from the arrows flying at them, eyeing the ones that had struck the green-haired man. Those will need to be pulled put before I can heal them, but they can't be pulled out while he's still fighting! He seemed to be fine, so she gave another quick glance around, this time noticing another man encased in some kind of wax-like substance. She ran over, examining him. He doesn't look like a Sumata, and he isn't an ant-matter soldier... She sliced cautiously at the wax-stuff coating him with her sword and the jumped back as it cracked and fell from him.

Blood started coming out from the statue, then an bright flash, and the sound of loud cracking was heard in the nearby area. Volk stood there and looked at his chest bleeding. "Damn... I am out of Lunar light." He said, as he looked up to the sky. He said, as he stuck out his arms and held it out, absorbing the light.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry!" Faey dropped her sword and rushed foward to put a hand to his wound and heal it, babbling a bit. "I didn't mean to cut you, just to get you out of that wax-stuff, it was a complete accident! I am so so so so sorry!"
