Yeligar had closed his eye as he fell through the clouds of the heavens, and when he opened his eyes, he saw a golden light in his sight, and it was beautiful, yet similar. He tried to figure out where he has this golden light, then he saw something splashing in it. Then he figured out where he was, he was right above Shimmering lake. "Wait, this is going to hurt!" He said, then he covered himself up and landed into the water. He quickly swam up to the top, and took a breath of air, as he waited for the heroes to fall, he noticed that he wasn't that far off from land, and started to swim to the edge.

Faey did the mother of all bellyflops on the lake. After a long moment she surfaced gasping. "Ow!" It hurt almost as bad as the arrow had. She saw someone stroking towards one of the sides of the lake and followed, doing a backstroke slowly, hoping her... Well, her entire body would stop stinging soon.

Andy was falling through the sky until he dove into the lake, at first there was nothing but a few ripples then he broke through the surface. Gasping for air and wading around, collecting his bearings.
This is...the Shimmering Lake! Andy thought, looking around and quickly swimming to swore as very similar lights crashed down to the lake.

Yeligar looked over and saw the heroes swimming towards the shore. "Over here!" He said, as he waved his arm to get him notice him. He leaned on his lance since he was still sore from the fight, and was in some pain. He did have a sigh of relief. It was finally over.

"Are you hurt, Mr. Maelstrom?" Jasmine's quiet voice came from behind the warlord. She'd gathered her things in a hurry once she'd seen the light show in the sky, followed by great splashes in the lake. She'd come to investigate and her heart skipped happily to see that it was all her friends and allies returning from the battle. It meant that those who survived had completed their jobs.
...which meant Jasmine was still going to be busy for a bit yet; after dealing with someone like Trucido there would definitely be a lot of healing work to be taken care of. She didn't care, she was just happy to know that for once, there was peace in the world. A horrifying concept, considering she'd grown up in a world where you avoided soldiers who weren't dressed in Crepusculum military attire.
AND REALLY, JASMINE ACTUALLY CAME RUNNING BECAUSE IT'S RAINING MEN~~ HALLELUJAH!!

Andy turned at the familiar voice and when he saw the strands of blond hair and his Griever necklace hanging around her neck he turned and ran for her.
"Jasmine!" he yelled, pushing through the others to get to her.

...you know what? If the heroes returning were alive now, they'd probably be live for another few minutes without Jasmine.
She broke out into a full run towards Andy when she heard him call out to her, heart bouncing everywhere inside her knowing that he was alive. The small girl easily slipped past anyone who got in her way and as she got close to Andy she leaped into him, arms thrown around him in a tight hug.
"Andy! I knew you'd be back...I knew it!" she squealed excitedly.

He stumbled back a bit from the force of the hug, but wrapped his arms around her all the same.
"Sorry it took me awhile...it was tougher than I thought." he said, "But it's over. That thing, that evil me, he's gone."

Jasmine giggled, snuggling close to him and pleasantly ignoring any trace of sweat, blood, pond/lake scum, and dirt on him.
"I wasn't worried," she lied, "I knew everything would be alright. I'm just glad you're alive, and fully yourself from now on. Allorum is safe, you all saved the Heavens and in turn saved Mother. Andy, she'll be happy what you've all done, stopping Trucido means she's safe in Heaven."
She pulled back a little to look at Andy, a big smile on her face as she continued, "...of course, this means we have to find a new adventure to go on now, don't we?"

Andy didn't think about Hala actually, he didn't see her in heaven...but granted, he only saw a LITTLE bit of it. He only hoped she wasn't caught in Trucido's attack. The thought though of a new adventure with Jasmine and his friends excited him though, a peaceful world may not have offered much, but you never really know.
"Yeah, a new adventure would be-"
"I'm sorry Andy, but it's not as simple as that."
Andy turned to his side, his eyes widened when he saw three people walk to him. One of them was Zelos Shinigami, the other was the massive human/lion hybrid of Griever, the other was someone he didn't recognize: dressed in green robes, long blond hair, and had a graceful, yet stern, poise about him as he walked.
"Griever...Zelos," Andy looked between the two of them. "What's going on...?"
Griever looked at him and the other Heroes from Earth and sighed. "You have all done well...and valiantly, Profeta would be proud of you all...but I'm sorry to say that not everyone is appreciative of your hard work."

Jasmine pulled away a little, keeping a loose arm around Andy yet as she looked over the three figures in front of them. She recognized...uh...Zelos and that was it.
"And just who doesn't appreciate what they've all done? We've been fighting for Trucido's demise for years and we've finally won it thanks to all of these people from Earth," she spoke out to them, "we owe them a lot more than we could possibly ever give them."
At least that was Jasmine's view, which was natural for a girl who grew up her whole life having to hide and watch people die.

Griever looked at Jasmine and then to Andy, "She is..."
Andy nodded, "Yeah...um, Jasmine this is Griever." he said pointing at the large human/lion hybrid.
"What I mean Ms. Jasmine, is...Heaven, the remaining counsel of Angels hasn't always been sympathetic to anyone lesser than themselves. Mark Fri could testify to that. And although you did save Heaven and the Angels...they are not happy that normal humans, ones from Earth in fact, were the ones to clean up their mess."

Jasmine blinked up at Griever and then giggled sheepishly, bowing politely as she said, "Ohh...it is good to meet you, Mr. Griever. I could understand what you mean by seemingly 'ultimate beings' needing assistance from someone whom they'd consider lesser than themselves. I could imagine it to be embarrassing. But then what does that mean for these people who did get involved? Are they going to be punished for helping?"

The man dressed in green robes spoke, "My brother Griever and I believe that the surviving Angel counsel may be so desperate to save their pride, they may go far enough to capture Profeta's Earthling warriors...or even execute them."
Zelos lowered his head as he spoke, "If what Eden says is true...if they stay here, on Allorum, with us they would be in grave danger...putting to risk as well the loved ones they cherish as well. Even worse, if we were to strike back at them...we may be caught in the wrath of the angels themselves. This is not what Allorum needs right now."
Eden nodded at Zelos, "Profeta...was wiser than any angel I have ever known. However, what we see as the smart thing...the angels view it as a taboo to their laws."

"...I see," Jasmine finally answered after a long silence. She looked back to Andy with an expression that had dropped a few enthusiastic points as she said, "looks like we'll have to cancel those adventure plans, then."
She'd probably be more willing to fight it but as Zelos had pointed out Allorum had just done an outrageous battle with an evil lord after years upon years of him tormenting the land. It wouldn't be right to throw the world into conflict again so soon, not when they all had enough ahead of them in terms of restoring peace and order.
Yet there had to be some way...she really didn't want Andy to leave. Not after what they'd been through, especially now.
"...I could come with you," she seemed to half brighten up again at the thought, though she already knew it'd be a lot harder for her to get used to living on a place like Earth than where she grew up. Not to mention all of her family was here instead.
