"I set off a few hours ago in the hopes I would beat the throngs of the crowd" he looked around at the panicking civilians "But apparently that plan did not work all too well" he had released Ludro's shoulder and his free hand now crackled with dark magic, he was prepared to fend off anyone who dare have the gall to attack them.

The archer that had been blinded regained a blurry but adequate enough vision to see the hail of minor spells coming at him and his ally. Both leapt down from the rooftops in time, and while the still able bodied one landed on a lower tower, the blinded one missed his jump, causing him to fall directly down onto Ludro, his bow lost in the fall. The remaining archer continued to evade the mages attacks, eventually escaping their view as he once more took aim at Milicia and Andy with a series of quick shots.
In the game square, the invader who Zeke had attacked easily blocked the young man's slash before countering with a quick set of aggressive thrusts and kicks. His partner seemingly had no interest and was all too eager to resume his slaughter of the crowd till a nigh simultaneous card in the back and magical blast to his chest left him with more pressing matters. He seemed only annoyed by the gaping hole left in his chest, and having cast his eyes on Enizo, turned his light dagger on the magic user.

"Andy?" Milicia paused as she looked into the crowd curiously. But how could he be here? She pondered, still left with the notion that he had left never to return after having helped stop the Sumata.
As the young warrior burst from the crowd she smiled, both glad to see his familiar face and to know she had not been hearing things. "Andy, Ariadelvento warriors are attacking. We need all the help we can get."
A glint of silver caught her eye as it raced towards her from one of the rooftops. "Watch out!" She shouted as she leapt back from the archer's assault. Grimacing back at him she threw out her hands and with a few words of power sent out a small glowing dot out at him. It moved swiftly and aside from a light glimmer in the sky was nearly invisible. As it soared just past the archer her arms closed towards her center dramatically. "Spark, ignite!" With her words the dot stopped and expanded into an explosive blast.

Crap! Zeke sprang back, each step bringing him just out of reach from the Ariadelventians reach. He was managing to fend off anything from making contact, but the man was too quick for him to go back on the offensive. Cursing his simple blade Zeke realized he was going to need something special if he wanted to deal with this guy.
As he parried a uppercut styled slice from his arm Zeke spied what had been a common area for bystanders of the parade protected by a tarp kept up by tall pillars and ropes. That'll do. With a split second decision he continued maneuvering back from his assailant towards the common area. "Come on buddy, let's see what you got." He taunted his opponent as he leapt towards one of the supporting pillars.

"OOF!" Ludro said as the body fell on him. He pressed a card against the body, and expanded it. The card then fling the body away from him, "Right, let's just get out of here for now. If we receive word that the queen is here... we will come back and find her!"

Akuma nodded as he flung a ball of dark energy at the figure that Ludro had just sent sprawling "Let us make haste then" He growled as he watched the attackers run rampant amongst the crowds with a sense of violence that almost made Akuma look like a good guy "I guess I should leave them some level of help..." he took a deep breath and placed an open palm on the ground "Herueizer" he whispered and a massive wall of fire erupted in the ground before quickly fading, the seemingly useless attack actually had a severely demoralising effect on the opposition, he had just placed the image of a massive demon climbing from those very flames into the minds of the ones attacking the civilians, it wouldn't be able to hurt them but it should distract them for long enough.

The invader struck by both Ludro and Akuma had no chance to dodge the pair of attacks, and was likewise thrown away into a stone wall. His body collided with a sickening thump and seemed to go limp. As the dark illusion conjured by Akuma appeared, all of the invading warriors seemed completely unfazed by the attack. Each continued to battle without pause.
The remaining archer was unable to catch the spell racing past him and suffered the brunt of its explosive force as he toppled off the tower into the ground below. The flames left his back charred and burnt, yet despite some difficulty he rose to his feet. He tossed aside his bow and brought out the bomb from his hip pack. Starring down Milicia and Andy he moved with a hobbled step towards them as the fuse burnt down.
The one that continued to pursue Zeke moved at a deadly pace. His blade, only able to pierce the air continued with him into the common area. With Zeke nearing the pole the invader was interested in only his death as he stabbed again and again towards his chest.

"It looks like I will have to raise the ante." He said as he shuffled his cards and summoned the card he expanded, and started to spin it. "Thil Afngg Gnin!" He said as block of light appeared infront of him, and shot lightning bolts at all of the oncoming warriors.

"Foxy dear, I'd really like to be able to find out what's going on and help if I can even if it's not my kingdom," Alexander called through the small hole to the fox who was still contently sitting on the booth the Santo-Lucian king was trapped under. He wasn't sure how he would be able to help, though his biggest concern he couldn't deny was finding Zeke and making sure he was alright.
Foxy stayed exactly where she was, still watching those who ran by and made eye contact with her--she creepily stared at all of them. Underneath her she could feel the boards move slightly as Alexander tried to position himself in a way to effectively push the beams off from over him and remove Foxy with them. She adjusted her weight in response and Alexander growled.
'One...two...and THREE!' Alexander threw what was his whole weight into knocking Foxy off from overhead, in the few moments she took to recover from the sudden jolt Alexander scrambled out from the booth and onto the dirty and blood-stained street. Foxy growled and quickly moved to Alexander's side, headbutting him to show how angry she was at him.
"Ha, I win, I--oh god," he teased even as she 'attacked' him until he got a good look at the scene around him. People ran and shoved past him but Alexander stayed where he was, head whirling in all directions; he didn't even have a clue where to start. Beside him, Foxy's tail twitched in aggravation, her ears pinned and twisted in all sorts of ways to keep tabs on what was going on around them.

Andy looked around from the chaos and was looking for a place to attack when he saw the guy walking towards them....with a fuse and a bomb!
"Oh that is so not good!" he yelled, looking around for something to throw and get rid of the bomb before it got to close.

Andy didn't need to wait, a wave of red energy arced out from the crowd and flew towards the kamikaze bomber. And a mysterious stranger walked through the crowd, disguising himself in the thick of it after he fired the blast at the bomber.

"Got ya." Zeke smirked with self assurance as he leapt straight up near the pole. Swinging his blade up behind him he impaled it into the wooden pole as he performed the best midair splits he could do. The dagger dodged his groin, and with his body held up by his blade he swung out with a double legged kick.
Whether or not he missed, he followed through with his kick. In an acrobatic movement his feet landed on the pole and he pulled his blade out as he attempted to do an aerial lunging thrust at the invader.

The flash of red struck the weakened rogue in the chest. Kevin's attack threw him into a wall, and in a mere couple seconds later the fuse on his bomb burnt out, leaving the explosion as the last moment he was seen. Or at least, seen in one piece that is.
Zeke's opponent had overextended his last stab, jabbing past Zeke his blade dug deeply into the pole. Before he could pull it out he took the double legged kick in the chest, sending him back without his blade. He did however manage to back pedal and avoid the diving thrust, leaving him reaching out for his bomb and igniting the fuse.

Milicia turned suddenly to see where the brilliant crimson attack had come from. "Thank you stranger. You have my thanks. Do you know these attackers?" She sent an inquisitive look to Kevin.

The stranger stepped from the crowd, shoulder length blond hair, an even scragglier goatee, wearing a brown hood over his green clothes stepped through the crowd. Grinning at the Queen.
"I'm not familiar with them no, but I do know your current protectors very well."
