A bomb? What the heck am I suppose to do about that? With there only appearing to be a few seconds left on the fuse Zeke pulled the closest thing to a plan he could think of and ran with it. Moving to a corner of the common area he jumped and slashed the rope holding the tarp to the supporting pole, and then threw his blade out to the opposite corner. Thanks to his training with his chain blades he had a much better aim with thrown weapons than a bow, and he struck his mark.
Half of the tarp fell, blocking the rogues view from Zeke and most of the crowd, and hoping that would be enough he bolted as fast as he could away. With his only weapon as good as gone he needed to find Alex and get him out of there before things got any worse.

And oh ho ho, quite the surprise was in store for Zeke when he'd go back to where he left Alexander to find that he was so gone.
So where was he?
Actually, even the king didn't know himself. He had half followed the fleeing crowd, having kept his eyes on the lookout constantly for Zeke the whole time. Alexander wouldn't have known it but he traveled almost in the opposite direction than Zeke had, Foxy staying right beside him the whole time and keeping a very cautious eye on her master.
"Somehow I'm thinking this was a very bad idea," Alexander yelled over the sounds of buildings and people and things falling apart. He heard explosions coming from multiple directions as well and that seemed to, heh, literally rattle things more. Someone in their mad attempt to get the hell out of there pushed Alexander over to get by, sending the blond man crashing nearly headfirst into a couple of barrels off to the side of the road. Foxy was there quickly to help pull him back up to his feet before someone could trample him luckily.
He got back to his feet but moved a lot slower than everyone else around him, rubbing the sore spot on his forehead from his fall. He looked around with wide, lost eyes for the darker-haired man and heading back in the direction he had come from. Or at least he thought he'd come from this way. He couldn't really remember, especially with doom and death going on around every corner. He was fairly certain he was walking slowly back towards the gaming area though.
((lol way to be a winner))

"K-Kevin?!" Andy gasped, turning to the direction of his former teacher. All at once he felt the memories of Profeta and had to fight to push them down, he did so by focusing on the enemies, or whoever was left.
"What do you guys want anyway!?" he yelled at them, "What did Milicia do to you?!"

"I think asking them is a wast of time, Sir Jammer." Ludro said as he gather near the group. "I doubt they know the reason, but they know their orders." He shuffled his cards, and looked around. "So, try to find a higher ranking soldier to ask the question to."

"Alex! Alex! We've got to go. Things are getting out of control!" Zeke cried as he ran out towards the now nearly empty festival grounds. The invaders occupied for the moment he felt now was as good a time as any as he moved the column up with a familiar grunt. "Alex? Alex what are you waiting for we don't have much..." Curious to see what was keeping him Zeke caught a peak inside the ruins of the game booth. The empty space where his king and lover had been minutes ago put a heavy lump in his throat. Oh no.
He let the column fall errantly, causing the rest of the booth to topple as his attention now focused wildly around the area. What few people lingered in his sight were either fallen, wounded or battling. Though Zeke was relieved to not count Alex among them, his imagination did not let relief hold for long. Oh man, what if they found him? What if those guys were here for him? What if they were here to... I gotta move. Zeke took off in a full sprint towards where the parade had been. It was his only hopes of finding someone that might have seen Alex.
Stop thinking dammit Zeke. You're just getting riled up. Just move. Look. That's all you can do. His thoughts weren't exactly helpful, but anything that cut his imagination off was an aid at this point.

He didn't see it coming, nor could he have really. What's that you ask? THE BOMB THAT WENT OFF X AMOUNT OF YARDS AWAY FROM HIM KABOOM BANG KAPLOWEY!
Pieces of a human torso and large chunks of stone and wood flew into Alexander and he only had mere moments to throw his hands into his face to avoid getting hurt...lots...the stone kinda really hurt, actually. He found himself retreating into a nearby wall and found he only really wanted to curl up and pray his way through this. Foxy wouldn't let him, grabbing the bottom of his shirt she pulled him along, keeping his priorities as straight as she could - he didn't stay hidden, he chose to come out and find Zeke and Zeke was who he had to look for.
"Zeke!" he cried out, allowing himself to be guided along by his furry friend and keeping his hands close to his face cautiously after he'd had a couple of incidents so far being nearly hit in the head by something.
