I can't hear my brothers or sisters so far away from their domains, but the more dedicated link the Knights have with them allows them to hear each other just fine. I couldn't help but almost fall over laughing in imagination of what he would say to that.
Do I even need to dignify that with a response? came the dry, exasperated voice in reply.

"Yes! You do!" He said, shaking his fist up towards the heavens "Come on! I could... I could call you... Hmm..." He rested his hands behind him and laid back on them, his feet still dangling in the water. "What rhyme's with 'Guo..?" He frowned in thought for a moment "Okay, your name doesn't fit mine. But... Well, Kerri's a girls name..." He sighed "So's Ria... You're lucky, you've escaped."

"What?! No you're not! You shouldn't be! Rin and Ryn go well together... But 'Guo and Kerrian?" He gave a derisive snort "That's just boring, Mr Moon. That is really boring." He shook his head whilst looking up "Ya' know what. I bet Ryn... As in the moon... Is laughing at you right now, I bet she's thinking 'Hahaha, what a fool, not having a cool shortened name to match 'Guo like me and Rin!' I bet!"

Listening to the conversation, I give a yawn of boredom, and throw myself onto my feet.
Hey, Ryn. Lend me your power for a second. I tell her and walk up to 'Guo. I reach out to Ryn, as I've done before... And materialize in my mouth a metal object.
Then I bap 'Guo on the nose with it. The end product was a metal spoon. Then I drop the spoon from my mouth and sigh. "'Guo, be quiet."

"OW!" 'Guo cried in surprise, quickly rubbing his nose and drawing his feet out of the water, bringing them up and onto the dock he looked up at Rin, a rueful grin still drawn across his face despite the pain in the front of his face. "Where did that come from?" He asked with a chuckle as he leaned back and grabbed his boots, pulling them towards him with a grunt. Shaking his feet off slightly, he quickly got his boots on and started to lace and buckle them back up.
"Unless..." He raised an eyebrow "That's pretty cool!" He grinned as he unclipped his small gourd and pulled the cork out with his teeth. Leaning over the pier with a small hum he dipped it into the ocean and restocked on all that he had used over the past few days. "There we go!" he muttered to himself as he re-attached the gourd.

"Spoons." I reply. And I seat myself next to him on the pier. "I'm hungry, 'Guo. I think it would be in everyone's best interests that you buy us dinner. You, me, and Blondie. Unless that spoon were to become a sword, somehow...?"
A death threat was definitely not necessary. But I was hungry...

I grinned. "Let's head back to the inn where 'Guo and I are staying; they have really awesome food there. And they import donuts. That's important. That's the entire reson we chose to stay there. C'mon, 'Guo, let's introduce Rin to donuts!" I grinned and started off.

"Donuts..?" 'Guo asked, his ears almost physically perking up at the sound of the word. Before leaping to his feet, the pain in his nose suddenly forgotten. "YEAH!" He cried, bouncing from foot to foot "We have to introduce Rin to the symbol of Peace!" He grabbed her under the arm, and set off at a sprint, laughing as he went.

"...donuts?" I ask, but 'Guo was already pulling me away before I could properly ask what the food was. He was literally dragging me, scraping up my knees up. But I groaned once. "Fine." Not like I could do anything about it without arms.

'Guo was giggling like a child when he heard Rin mutter her complaint, with a small frown, his face suddenly lit up with an idea as he stuck his tongue out in focus.
"Hold on!" He cried, before quickly turning around, and whilst jogging backwards he grabbed Rin by the waist and quickly slung her up and over his shoulder, before turning back and sprinting off with a whoop. Most people whom he passed looked at him like he was crazy, not really surprising considering he looked like a madman... Huge weapon over one shoulder, armless girl over the other.
"DONUTS HO!"
