"...A new world!" I thought to myself, my eyes alight with the notion. "Could it be that there was another place, so steeped in vile villainy and macabre machinations that it needed heroes such as we to rush across space and time itself to protect it?!"
I turned away from the group looking up to the sky for a moment, my majestic heart pulled so much by such a romantic tale of heroism that i could not help but let a single manly tear rush down the side of my chiseled and rugged jaw. Giving my head a shake, I turn back to my cohorts, my face presumably aglow after the thought of such a spirit-soaring idea, and I rush in close amongst my new allies, arms spread as wide as the mountains of Roccia.
As i maneuvered closer, my keen hearing could not help but pick up the voice of the man who's former heroic display had inspired me to up my own introductory ante, and could not help but close in on him specifically and support his ideals.
"He speaks words of truth, my friends," I interject, placing a firm and masculine hand upon one of the lad's shoulders. "Like the bricks that form a sturdy wall, you want no spaces in-between each one, and that, like heroes, it was makes it strong; the ties that bind it! It is what separates us from those vile and devious cretins that would oppose the ideals of justice and peace, for we gain strength when we are supported by the wills of others!" I announce boisterously as I clench my fist tight with all my vigour and heart.
"And remember my friend," I mention offhandedly to the lad who's shoulder I have perched my hand upon, "No piece in Chess is any stronger then the other, but rather it is their diverse skills and the cunning force behind their actions that leads them to victory!" I stand tall and proud, hoping that my words of friendship and prolific wisdom have helped to cut the surround cloud of tension like a masterfully crafted blade, if not even inspire some of those around me.

=_= Simply the best way to describe the screwy look Enzio had on his face as Bang spoke. Whoa... are those really tears streaming down to his chiseled and rugged jaw!? WHY DOES HE KEEP TAKING MY MOMENTS?He cleared his throat before speaking to Bang, "Ah, hm... Not sure what half the words you said meant but I'm gonna assume you agree with what I said." Enzio nodded, mostly to himself before deciding to introduce himself to him, "My name is Enzio! The great Hero of the Allorum Guardians. Surely you must have heard of my great heroic tales!?"

Jasmine looked up at Andy and furrowed her brows.
"I'm not sure how I feel about this lot. They don't seem very..." Jasmine spoke with a lowered voice to Andy, giving another glance around at their group, particularly staring at Bang and Enizo,"...stable, I guess. And none too bright. That Sahir seems like the only one that's thinking rationally and not emotionally at the moment..."

He looked at Sahir, and shrugged. "So she seems. I am not too happy about our group either but for completely different reasons."
He directed her attention at the three who summoned them here, "I know little about Itami, but the man's attitude is not fit to lead this group if he continues to throw insults at all of us. Bast there, well I remember when she laughed at the sight of dead people, she's not someone I'd want on my side. Monthu...eh, can't get a read on him, he's kind of...trying too much you know?"
He paused for a moment, "Got to understand Jasmine, the reasons why emotions fly here is that not only is our world is seemly dying around us, not to mention two of them are the reason for this, but because they're not giving us good reasons as to why we need them. I mean, they just told us the problem is in Earth...if we wanted to, if we really wanted to, we could just jump shift and head their ourselves."
He tried to say his next words carefully, "Needing people are determined on our willingness to need them. I mean, if Lilith were still alive and she told you that you just simply needed to be quiet and follow her - would you be that willing to follow the killer of your mother? Yeah I know, different situation, but it stands. If they continue to lead us like this well...Jas I am usually not a believer of abandoning people, but this could become an exception quick."

"I'm pretty sure Itami said that he wasn't going. I'm also pretty sure that he said me and Bast here would be leading this expedition." He gave a shrug. "It's nothing personal, believe me... I'd love for one of you guys to be doing all the work here, but it's like the boss-man said. Me and Bast know what we're going up against, without us you guys are going in blind, like it or not you're just going to have to listen to us." He let out a sigh, almost like he wished the situation to be different.
"So how about this, we all stop acting like kids, and get going?"

Andy looked over at Monthu and sighed, apparently not only did they insult and rundown? They eavesdrop too.
"Then stop talking and start leading. Or should we show you where the portal to Earth is?"

Soooooo cooooool.
Sahir couldn't help it. The ninja and Enizo had such a romantic view of heroism, and one so much like the old tales of her home that she beamed enthusiastically at their speech. As if pulled in by a magnet made of their theatrics she rushed to their side, whirling Umbravox like a baton and calling out. "By the light of the moon and the darkness of the Nerrezian shadows, the God Slayer pledges her services to this cause! When evil magic rears it's ugly head, I shall be there, protector, avenger, and....uh, oh right, champion to the people of this world."
She finalized her speech with a florish of her weapon, leaving it hung over her shoulder and nestled between her arms. Pausing for a second, and blushing bright red, she couldn't help but glance every so briefly at the two men who had worked her up. Though she wouldn't admit it, she was eager for a sign that she'd done well, even though she silently cursed herself for slipping up in her speech.
Crazy or not, this is why I took these powers. She reassured herself. To protect people and make sure that magic never is used for evil again. If that means tagging along with these people then I can do it. I have to.

Jasmine gave Andy a concerned look as he mentioned possibly abandoning this gong show of a group and going to Earth on their own. She was never really the believer in leaving a group that had common goals, though that was still the part of her that was very, very, very naive in what a 'hero group' should behave.
Though in the middle of hers and Andy's conversation Jasmine caught Sahir, whom she first believed was the only real sane one of the group now join in with Bang and Enzio's batshit insane speeches of heroism and saving the world with fancy colours and words.
With that, she turned back to Andy.
"I agree, let's get out of here," Jasmine grabbed Andy's hand firmly, "we'll get it done."

"Point case. Turn off the burners, or this is going to be long and painful for everyone." He rolled his eyes derisively as he looked across at Bast. "You wanna' get the teleporter working?" He asked with a smile before turning back to the heroes.
"You gain nothing from being the big 'I am', really. All you're going to do is make this whole damn thing harder, and quite frankly, from someone claiming to be a hero it's rather stupid."

=_= The same screwy face appeared on Enzio's face when he started to hear someone else give a 'hero's speech'. He was about to turn to face his new competition, but when he got a sight of her Enzio's face changed into a bright smile. Whooooooaaaaaa, it's a babe! And look at the look she's giving me, she must think I'm hot!In contrast to Bang, who was way more 'manlier' looking than Enzio (it made him feel 'small'). Sahir was a lady who spoke the language of heroism, not even mentioning the fact that she was very pretty (no offense Bang, pretty lady or hulking man. I know you'd pick the same). Practically pushing Bang aside, Enzio dramatically slid to his knees over to Sahir. Ignoring the burning sensation on his knees Enzio stared up at her with eyes that sparkled in the light. "My lady..." he began in a overly dramatic voice while taking Sahir's hand in one quick and soft motion, "Your beautiful words has completely stunned me. I'm in awe by the wisdom that you carry. May you please bless my tired soul with your name, my lady?"

"Wisdom?!" Jasmine blurted, overhearing Enzio compliment Sahir on her random babbling about--nonsense, that's what it all was.
'Oh god...I really AM turning into my grandmother...' her eyes went wide in utter shock. She immediately marched out the door, not being able to wait any longer to leave.

"Wait hold on." Andy reached out and grabbed her hand, "Yes I did talk about leaving, but I meant just them, not the whole group. Listen...Enizo may act like a loon but trust me when the situation actually comes down to it he can be a serious warrior. I mean come on you spent time with Kevin right, I figured you'd be used to kooky stuff like this."
He moved in close to whisper, "Jasmine none of these guys here have knowledge to Earth, even if we were to abandon Monthu and Bast we can't just leave them behind. Remember how you struggled on Earth when we went one year ago? I can't leave them like that, sides, Enizo helped during the Ketulunian attack, he didn't have to yet he did so I can't just outright abandon him. Stay here with us, with me, you know I can't fight as effectively without you."

If she didn't know better Sahir would say her face was on fire the moment Enizo played his smooth charms upon her. The fevered sensation of blood rushing to her face was enough to turn her cheeks a rosy hue even against her dusty complexion. To make it even worse in the moment she couldn't tell if it was from putting herself out in the open and being instantly praised for it, or if it was the fact that she was being hit on by a man. How long had it been since that had happened? Too long, far too long to react to it in a way that wouldn't embarrass herself.
"I'm not that wise." She cooed, bringing her free hand against her cheek as she swayed side to side, all the while looking anywhere but Enizo. "I'm Sah..."
Crap crap crap don't tell him your real name. Think of something. Sahir looked up at Enizo, her eyes giving him a stare as blank as her mind. Think of something quick!
"...Sorry. I'm sorry, but I can't. It's a secret. Come on, everyone who's a hero uses secret identities right? I, I mean, there's no way someone would actually be named Bang right?" As if suddenly aware of the hulking man not two feet away from her, her eyes trailed up and away from Enizo and locked dead centre on Bang Shishigami, her eyes desperately hoping she hadn't just made an ass of herself and insulted her comrade-to-be in a single sentence.

"Ah-ha, is that so...?" Enzio questioned, putting his hand to his chin, "Well I can assure you that the only name I'm ever addressed as is Enzio." In the Allorum Guardians no one had a last name because they were a source of identification and to think of yourself as anything but a guardian was forbidden. He smiled at Sahir, letting the dramatics die down, "It's fine if you wish to keep your name from me, but I warn you, I shall make it my single purpose in life to learn it."
He stood up, everyone was beginning to leave for their mission. Enzio reached out his hand for her to take it, "Take my hand, my dear God-Slayer and we shall embark on an adventure like no other.
Well, he let some of the dramatics die down...

(Don't worry Enizo, I can work with this I could not help but gander at the young lass who approached, her words, so heroic, so majestic, that it made an old man such as myself look to the youth of today with glimmering eyes of hope. Alas, before I could shower the young girl in my heart felt praise, a hearty shove was delivered upon my stalwart chest. I needed pause for but a second, my keen eyes and all-seeing perception peering through the paper thin veil that my new comrade had erected between us. His motions, his voice, that glint in his eye; it was LOVE! And young love at that; love in its most powerful form! My heart soared to the high heavens themselves, for as the Ninja of Love, I knew full its potency. Sliding close to me new ally, I could not help but wear my eyebrows high along with a glittering grin. "Come now, you two. Secrets are a thing best reserved for those with things to hide, for the beautiful flower of love cannot blossom in shadows!" I announce, pulling the young couple together with my tree trunk-like arms. Pulling the young girl closer, I remark to her specifically, "As for you young miss, it does an old man like myself well to see such vigour and heart in todays youth. As for my name, I was graced with such a name by my father, who carried the title before, as did his father, and his father before him. Yes, I think we'll make a great group, the three of us!" I call out boisterously, feeling that there was no other logical conclusion from my following statements.
