The healer looked shocked that Ayalan was able to sit up and speak, and protested before Elysia cut him off. "I will see to it that she returns to Chalybs safely. But you must rest. Lie down or I will shock you until you do so." With that she drew her sword, preparing to make good on her threat. The healer paled slightly but did not speak against his queen.

Ayalan smirked and clutched the table harsh for a bit, and grabbed the sword, letting it cut into his hand slightly, revealing a golden gauntlet adorned with many jewels.
The very same gauntlet he lost at his battle with the Saints originally.
"...I doubt much could shock me nowadays.." He stated barely, before he closed his eyes and sighed, bowing to the Queen's wishes, and laid there, his eyes barely opened or useful after all of the damage to his body internally. Aya spoke gently, "I best see you as soon as I'm better..We have a lot to talk about.."
With that, his eyes closed, and he went back into his silent hibernation, meditating the pain away..

Elysia's eyes widened momentarily when he seized her blade, then regained her calm mask. She nodded and back away, then addressed the healer. "Continue tending to him. Send for me the instant he reawakens."
Elysia left the guest chamber and returned to the hallway outside the throne room where she had last seen Amalia.

Amalia at this point had seemingly gotten comfortable, her eyes closed as she waited for the results- she was simply resting, when Elysia entered the room.
Her eyes opened slightly, a completely different woman than had entered the room, with the same large sword.
"..So I assume I'll still be under his employment based on the lack of tears on your face?" She was kidding of course, smirking- her assuming Aya's role had rubbed off on her a bit.

Elysia nodded, ignoring her sarcastic tone. "He should be fine, but it will take time. He requested that you be sent back to Chalybs immediately to assume his role as their leader while he recovers. I will arrange for an escort for you and have some traveling supplies prepared for your departure."

Ayaette sighed and folded her arms, slowly getting the gauntlet back on first- it was always the hardest part.
"Darn. I was hoping for a few weeks' sleep.." She smiled and shook her head, getting everything ready for her assumption.
"Now if I must take care of Chalybs, I assume Ayalan will be here under your care," Amalia sighed and stood up; "So I hope his recovery won't be Too long.." She looked aside, knowing that months would pass for sure...she wasn't looking forward to be forced into everyday leadership; but the money would be good.
It had to be good.

"Yes, he will be recovering her, treated by my healers and under my protection for the time being, at least until he has spoken with me about the matters that brought him here."
She gestured to a passing servant and directed him to prepare some food and supplies for traveling, and to send for a warrior to escort her to Chalybs. "Is there anything else you require for your journey, Amalia?"

Amalia smirked and sighed, folding her arms, before her request came in the form of something laughable.
"..Yeah. A drink." She grinned, it was a long journey, and it had only just started- now she would have to take care of a country in disguise.
"And you better heal him fast. I'm not into this whole diplomacy thing.." She sighed and folded her arms..."And uhm."
"Thanks." She hesitatingly said it, not having had to, but it certainly saved her own hide financially as well as to avoid boredom.

Elysia simply nodded again and turned, headed towards the front entrance. "Follow me. Your escort will will have the supplies and meet you at the gates. He will accompany you to the borders of Chalybs, but no farther. I will send word about Ayalan's recovery occasionally so that you will know when to expect his return."

Amalia sighed and nodded, as she stepped after the Queen, knowing that her payment would be secured by Rutger and Leeith at the time, as all three members of their team had sort of co-owned Chalybs.
"Fine. I'll see what we can do.." She then got her hair set up, and she was back to Aya- she walked now, a bit more carefree than official, and looked over at Elysia, going toward her destination, "I don't imagine I'll be out of this position anytime soon..so next time I see you, it'll probably be through many forlorn letters and sad writings.."
She grinned and sighed, folding her arms.
"See you another day, I suppose, Queen Donnerlupo."

Elysia nodded formally, "Safe journey... Ayalan." She almost smiled at then and then returned to her throne room.

Amalia smirked as she pointed at her with a bit of a laugh- "You got it.." She then ran ahead, practicing her jumps and dashes through the castle, all the way to her supporting escort; hoping everything would work out alright.

The night passed without incident, and after her morning meal Elysia visited the guest bedroom Ayalan was recovering in to see if he was conscious .
A servant knocked on the door and announced her, and then waited to see if there would be any reply.

The guest room seemed alright, all the way up to the barely audible soft groan, his body actually being held together here and there by bandages to ensure the bones healed correctly- Ayalan opened the door regardless.
He looked like less of a mess. But Still a mess.
"..How can I help you, Queen?" His voice was still a bit raspy but not nearly as bad as the day before.

The queen almost scowled at the sight of him out of bed. "You should have let the servant open the door for you. Get back to bed."
