Leeith spun quickly, her blue eyes widening slightly. This will be very interesting... It will make for a good training seesion. "Very well, then." Her focus was divided between the two men, waiting to see which would act first.

The swordsman slid to one side to avoid the barrage of bolts, though dodging really wasn't necessary; the shots fell short. It seemed more like Ayalan was simply showing off. The swordsman's gaze jumped between Ayalan and Leeith. Those shots came pretty close to hitting her, too... and there seemed to be hostility between the two of them. Perhaps they were not allies, then? However, he would not let his guard down; she would probably attack him, too. "..." The swordsman saw Ayalan snap his fingers and disappear. Instincts kicked in; the swordsman felt the presence of a person behind him. He spun around and came face to face with Ayalan again. "...Huh." Either this guy was really fast... or really good at teleporting. The swordsman stared at Ayalan. - [In The Name Of Bern]"...Very well. You asked for it." The swordsman raised his Killing Edge and leaped at Ayalan, swiping at him with a side slash attack. Upon landing back on the ground, the swordsman spun around and began to circle-strafe slowly around Ayalan, being sure to keep an eye on both him and Leeith... "..."

Ayalan had sheathed his crossbow, the close quarters would limit it useless, and when he saw his two foes at the moment, they both seemed very cooperative at the moment, smirking to only himself.
He turned away from Leeith to see Rutger slash at him, and he blocked the very slash with his arm, feeling nothing; the metal sword hit what was seemingly clashing against itself: Metal on metal. He only winced from the force for a moment, before, taking a step back, circling around Leeith as he was being circled, bringing out three chakram.
He threw them up in the air, at varied intervals, before he teleported again, folding his arms, with a slight smile.

The swordsman recognized the sound of steel clashing. There was something under Ayalan's clothes stopping the attack; it seemed his opponent had a trick up his sleeve, in the most literal sense of the expression. "...Curious." He continued to circle around Ayalan, making sure to keep Ayalan between himself and Leeith at all possible times; he didn't want to get caught in the middle. The swordsman saw Ayalan throw the chakrams up in the air. This move could be a ploy to divide the swordsman's attention, or it could be laying the groundwork for a more powerful technique later down the line. The chakrams flying up in the air didn't seem to pose an immediate threat... but they were something to be noted. "..." The swordsman saw Ayalan teleport again, but he was less surprised than before; he was now aware of this ability and was expecting it. The swordsman turned to where Ayalan had reappeared and then moved towards him with his Killing Edge in hand.

Now in a triangle, Leeith at one corner, Aya at another, and Rutger at the third, they were all equidistant; this gave Aya an idea.
He saw the Chakrams start to descend, reaching their peak.
As Ayalan folded his arms, blood trickled from the slash where Rutger had slashed: He was bleeding, meaning he blocked the attack with his arm; and smiled, seeing him turn around. "..Well hey there."
He then aimed in the air with his finger and sent out a fireball like a gun, causing the chakram bits to fly everywhere like shrapnel; Aya quickly retreated backward, motioning Rutger and Leeith to take him on, ready for his opponents to advance.

Leeith had hung back for a whle, observing, and now darting forward once more. She swung her scimitars at his arms and chest while continuing to advance relentlessly.

The swordsman heard the fireball hit the chakrams and raised his off hand to shield himself from the blast. Fast as he was, the debris from the blast was too unpredictable for him to reliably avoid it; he would have to endure the attack and do his best to shake it off. "...Tch, nice trick." A few slivers of shrapnel were nestled in the cloth of his arm; fortunately, the chakrams were not designed for explosive purposes, and so very few of the shrapnel pieces left deep cuts. He brushed off the debris; any blood from the wounds went near-unnoticed, as it was absorbed into his crimson sleeves. "..." The swordsman turned and saw that Leeith had moved against Ayalan. So, the two were clearly fighting each other now. He took advantage of this distraction to properly shake off the rest of the shrapnel. Having a moment to better inspect his wounds, he could see that they were really minor - the chakram explosion must have been more for flair than for pragmatism. Once finished, he gripped his Killing Edge and adopted a defensive stance, watching Leeith and Ayalan fight each other. "...Interesting."

Ayalan now realized the odds were against him, dropping his weapons belt and leaving the chakrams behind, grinning to Rutger's first reply.
"I live to amaze." He retorted, as he put up his one arm: The scimitar actually would hit his fake arm again; metal hitting metal, before he ducked under the other, performing a sweep kick : without weapons on his person, Aya was more relying on his physical combat. He wanted to take Leeith down, and felt his cheek get cut, blood staining the snow below them, as he smiled to himself.
He looked over to Rutger's momentary removal of shrapnel, and then back to Leeith: He took the time to focus his attention. "Time to stop this.." He flexed his metal arm for a moment, getting rid of the icy crunch that made it perform less well, and noticed the two unbelievably deep gashes: He smiled.
Now Aya put his hands up, looking like a snake ready to strike, shaking his crossbow off, and ushering another attack.

Leeith pulled away a few steps, out of arms reach but too close for him to use his crossbow to full effect. What is he planning for his next attack... Another fire attack? She stayed tense, ready to dodge another fireball.

Ayalan smirked at Leeith, as he started to relax, standing up straight with a toothy grin, putting his crossbow against his hip.
".....Worried?" He said softly, when he held out his crossbow, dropping it. He brought his foot down on the release, letting a bolt fly as he teleported to Leeith's side right after the fact, grabbing it in mid air before it could reach her, glaring at her.
"..."..He smiled softly at Leeith, backing off again, going back into his fang position; this again, was not him showing off in his mind, but him showing that if he wanted to kill someone, he could; but in this case, he didn't WANT to.

The swordsman saw Ayalan demonstrating in front of Leeith; it was quite a spectacle. "...He's... toying with us." The swordsman gripped his Killing Edge tightly. He wondered what Ayalan's motives were... at the moment, however, the swordsman was mostly focused on winning the fight. "...An unusual stance." The swordsman resumed his circle-strafing around Ayalan, examining him closely... and then he decided his approach. Having made his decision, the swordsman started running towards his opponent. "...Let's see what you're really made of." The swordsman leaped forward and delivered another spinning attack with his Killing Edge; this time, however, he directed it at Ayalan's left side instead of the right; Ayalan's instinct would be to block with his left arm instead, for it would be a strain to move his right arm to block an oncoming blow from the opposite direction. The attack itself was a fearsome slash in a downward diagonal motion. Upon placing his first foot back on the ground, he pivoted himself and slid backwards, trying to keep both other combatants in view. "..."

Ayalan, quickly retreating back from Leeith, overheard Rutger's words, closing his eyes with a smile.
He watched Leeith and Rutger, before suddenly turning fully to Rutger upon hearing the steps go fast, preparing himself for a strike; he became highly unfocused from the sudden movement.
"Bring it on!" He watched the swordsman suddenly change direction, and his eyes opened a bit, taking a step back, he fell to one knee; his leg damaged with a slash that went fairly deep as he laughed to himself, wincing all the while, and getting back up.
"I guess I wasn't fast enough." He said softly, rubbing the leg before standing up again, he ran at Rutger, going in with a spinning backhand into an open palmed strike; using only his fists, his weapons lay across the field, and his blood trailed wherever he went, ignoring his pain; He had ignored Leeith as a result, because of his rage toward Rutger at the moment.

By ignoring Leeith he had opened up a perfect oppurtunity. Leeith followed their movements she waited about 4 seconds for the best moment, then darted in and attaempted to hook his wrist with the inner curve of her scimitar, twisting it just so that it wouldn't cut him.

Ayalan was in mid spin, suddenly feeling his wrist caught, his momentum dead stopped, and he smirked, his hair in his eyes as he was facing Rutger, but stopped by Leeith.
He then muttered something under his breath; pulling away, the arm detached, and he laughed to himself, motioning the two to come at him again, putting his left arm up in defense.

The swordsman staggered back, shaking off the last blow. Ayalan's barehanded strike had hit him like a ton of bricks; the attack was faster and more powerful than he'd anticipated. "...Getting sloppy." The swordsman shrugged, craning his head to the side to stretch his neck. The blow had stunned him, but there didn't seem to be any lasting injuries. He gripped his Killing Edge and turned his focus back to Ayalan. "...? ...Your arm..." The swordsman was surprised to see Ayalan's right arm come off; however, he would not allow himself to let his guard down. Judging from the stance, Ayalan was clearly still intent on fighting; he was not done yet. "...I cannot falter." The swordsman raised his Killing Edge and lunged at Ayalan, attempting to cut his left arm with a downward diagnol slash. If the swordsman could disable Ayalan's remaining arm, it would make him much less of a threat. The swordsman slid past Ayalan in his attack and spun around to keep both Ayalan and Leeith in his line of sight. "..."
