Roxa led Alessia and Sonorc into the opening and took in a sharp breath, he seemed to be suddenly surrounded by beauty, flowers blossomed all around them and in the centre of the large clearing stood the burnt out remains of a small log built house, Roxa took a tentative step towards the ruins and ran his hand across the small wooden sign.
He simply read the carved words for a moment before dropping to his knees before the remains of the house, his breathing was calm and steady and his face remained blank, even Eva had nothing to say.

Alessia walked up from behind him looking over at the ruins of a house and feeling some sort of horror from it. "Roxa... are you okay?" She asked slipping her hands onto his shoulders.

He nodded solemnly "Yes..." he muttered reaching into the pocket of the overcoat, he pulled out a small leather pouch and smiled slightly before opening the pouch "Be at rest..." he whispered pouring the contents of the pouch out onto the ruins, a small bundle of ashes rested atop the rest of them, he knew these were not in fact his father's ashes but instead his father's weapon but all the same it gave him some feeling of complatency.

"Are we al-al-al ACHOO!" Sonorc sneezed. His nose was big and red, and had been sneezing for a while. "I am sorry, I don't want to rush you. SO this was your house?" He said as he turned around, and had a sneezing attack.

Alessia didn't speak, she knew what this was. So she took a step back to Sonorc, knowing this wasn't her place. "Sonorc, this I think is his parents house. Give him a moment."

Roxa simply rested his hand against a plank of wood and sighed slightly "Quite sad isn't it..." Eva whispered solemnly "It is beyond sad..." he replied "This is too far beyond sad for me even to feel that emotion..." although he could only hear his sister's voice he could feel her seem to nod in his mind, standing up straight he turned to the others with his face still blank, looking across he patted the sign happy it was still standing "Hiaten..." he said quietly "I forgot that name"

"I kinda figured that," He said as he looked at the ruins. He turned around and started to sneeze again. "I am going to try to get out of here, before I sneeze to death." He started to walk away, from the way they came.

Alessia watched Sonorc walk away before speaking, "Roxa..." she sighed, "Do you want me to leave with him, so you have some time alone here?"

Roxa shook his head "No you need not leave, I plan on heading out now anyway, we need to find that shard and get this over with then and only then can I finish what I started all those years ago"

"Right..." she nodded, it made her crazy thinking that he might be thinking about revenge more then her. She calmed herself down with the thought that it was his family and he'd been searching for the killers for awhile now. "Come on, I think it's this way."

"You sure you are done, Roxa?" Sonorc asked, as he covered his face, then sneezed, then he wiped his eyes "If you want to sit there some more, then do it. I can always pull an old man excuse on the others." He didn't want to stay here, due to his allergies, but he wanted to make sure his 'kids' were fine, and got what they needed to do.

"No, it is not wise for us to dwell here any longer" He said looking up at the sky "For later... Maybe" he muttered before following behind Alessia, his eyes trained on the ground ahead of him.

She glanced back at the two, "Do you think there are even villages around this part?" She then looked back just in time to dodge a branch which she was about to walk into.

"I think so, I don't know what has happened during the 1000 years we have been asleep." He said as he twirled his cane. "If not... Then there isn't one." He then chuckled.
