From fighting Scarth nothing seemed to surprise him anymore, so when Roxa threw the clump of earth at him he stood where he was, raised his blade and brought the blade down cutting it in half perfectly, he did the same with the others flying at him.
"And you're just a load of talk..." he said looking back at Roxa, waiting for him to attack once more.

Ave raised his nose in disgust and sniffed at the air out of instinct before nodding knowingly "Yes, it appears he does talk quite alot, it's a shame the muscles in his head don't work as well as those in his mouth" he grumbled swinging the sword around playfully "Say! Have you ever stood in an area with no sustainable air? It's really funny, you know if that pyromaniac Nia were here I could in fact make a huge wildfire but we could make do without" He smiled almost like a child before flexing the fingers in one hand "Care to see..." he growled his eyes suddenly taking on an evil glint.

Without waiting another moment Angelus jumped above Roxa then sliced at him, purposely missing but it got him close enough so he could see eye to eye.
"Go on, do it. I dare you." Angelus said being to close for Roxa's move not to effect himself.
And why he waited for Roxa's next move the sword slash he missed actually hit a tree behind Roxa and was now tumbling right at him.

The tree like Angelus' previous move seemed to splinter in midair, and all of a sudden Ave seemed to become enraged "Just a short walk behind me..." he growled "Rests the ashes of my family" his fists tightened "and here you are knocking trees down so so close?" Ave could feel Roxa's protests but push them away, who cares what the damage could be? If anyone would destroy his former home it would be him "Are you actually so stupid?"

Perfect Angelus thought with a smile, he saw this demon's weakness. Rage may seem like a help but anyone with battle experience will know the person who remains calm and collective nearly always wins.
"Oh... so you don't want me doing this?" He slashed beams across the land turning up the ground and slicing down trees. "Does it make you mad? Does your rage give you more hope to defeating me?"
He snickered, "A demon can not possibly dream of fighting a devil." Angelus teased gripping his sword and preparing himself for the next strike.

Ave could not help but smile "You try to taunt me fool?" He growled tightening his grip on the dark midnight black sword "Do you think you hold some greater power over me? Do you see me as some evil spirit simply hiding in this body?" The air around him grew thinner "No I am beyond that, I am no simple evil, I am a manifestation of Rage itself!"

Angelus quickly released his own power to keep Roxa's power effecting him, then twirled his blade. "Maybe I am taunting you... sure looks like it's working. But remember, rage is born from darkness. I am darkness, I'm your superior."
He said pointing to his dark glowing eye.

Alessia was just inches from it when one of Angelus blades he had swung to anger Roxa flew right by her. She held her mouth shut from screaming knowing that Roxa's other side didn't exactly like her. Quickly grabbing the shard she retreated from the battle and returned to Sonorc.
"Here," she said handing it to him, "They're really going at it, aren't they?"

"They sure are." He said as he placed the shard away. Next to him was a small fire, and his kettle over the pot. "You want some tea, or some sweet bread while we wait?" He pulled out some of the sweet bread from that destroyed town, and started to nibble on it. He saw that the bakery was destroyed and took the only non-damaged basket of the sweet bread, thinking that it would be a waste if no one would eat this bread.

"This rage was born from no darkness" Ave said calmly pointing the shaded blade at his opponent "Well... I guess it was... but... yeah" for that one moment Ave seemed almost sane as he lowered his weapon and scratched the back of his head "And you say your my superior then why fight me? If you were truly my superior then we'd have no problems, you could simply tell me what to do and be done with it"

(I have permission aswell, fear not! Well... same guy so... yeah)
Akuma seemed to drop from nowhere in between the two combatants, one of them wore a large black overcoat and seemed overly hostile, as if combatting something inside of him yet the man on his right seemed more calm and one of his eyes emitted an eerie glow "Well well well what have we here?" he asked taking a few steps towards the man with a glowing eye and turning his back on him, something about him made him seem like more of an ally than the young kid in the overcoat.
His sword appeared in his left hand as he raised an eyebrow "Well who shall answer me or does this have to get more nasty than it already is?"

Angelus smirked softly, "Because, Roxa. One who possess darkness or rage has their own agenda, they always betray each other in the end." Then came Akuma walking up from behind him, Angelus studied him and decided to answer. "Well I'm simple a concerned citizen doing my civil duties and protecting this-" His eyes darted to the now missing shard, growling he turned his attention to Alessia and Sonorc. "The shard! I can't let them take the shard!"
He waved his hand and out of the rubble where he was covered blades flew out, about five and all of them flying right at the two.
"Now I'll ignore the fact that you're from Nerezza and just make a simple request. I won't tell our lovely queen you're here and ignite a war if you help me take that shard back." Even if he had permission to come here Angelus would rather have an ally then another enemy at the moment.

Sonorc pulled out his dagger and spread the powder over the incoming blades. The blades slowed down, and with his cane, he knocked the blades away. " How dare you attack a girl and old man. You can fight the young man." He said as his kettle started to whistle. He walked over and poured himself a glass.

Ave did not move at all to defend the others, he cared not for this shard or either of them and this new man posed just as much a threat as the original, did he mention the Queen of Nerezza? Then this new combatant was no doubt Nerezzian aswell, and that meant he was now outnumberes "I apologise Gentleman" He growled "But, I know when it is time to retreat and that is now..." He sat down on the floor cross-legged with a dark grin before closeing his eyes
Roxa opened his eyes somewhat tired, although he was not as tired as last time Ave fought, he looked at Angelus and saw another man stood beside him "Brilliant..." he grumbled standing up and swaying slightly, unsheathing his second sword he stood shakily befor the two other fighters and turned his head to Alessia and Sonorc "Go!..." he yelled weakly "Get the shard to Kain now!"
