"We're moving!" Mark yelled as the warship did a 360 (something no normal ship could do standing still) and began moving to the same 'pipeline' it used to enter Hellious. The demented demons tried to jump aboard the ship, but as soon as they even entered the ghosts attacked in ways that made those demented demons seem tame. "HOLD ON!" Mark didn't know how many times he had yelled something like that before. The ship began moving up, so anyone who wasn't holding on tightly had the risk of falling straight off into Hellious. Within mere moments they went through that familiar darkness, the insane laughter slowly faded away as they reached further and further up into they came right back into the ocean they started.
The warship pulled itself right out of the whirlpool and onto the beautiful oceans of Santo-Luce...
Mission accomplished.

Ramirez held onto the rail as the ship flew out of Hellious, and when they landed on the ocean. Ramirez finally let go, and took in a deep breath of fresh air. "Wow... completing our mission and only have one missing, and one injured, I calculated for a lot more death or injuries." Ramirez said, as he looked at Mark.

"Maybe, but maybe not...." Mark said, reaching into his pocket and pulling out a small relic...
When Mark said goodbye to Yeligar back in Hellious he gave him a similar relic, as long as the relic remained undamaged and Yeligar alive, than this relic would bring him back to them.
"This can work," Mark said, holding up the relic towards the sun and yelling out a sentence in angelic. The relic glowed briefly, producing an overwhelming light that blinded Mark.
When he focused again Mark expected to see his friend standing in front of him, but instead there was nothing... there was nobody there...
Mark gasped before falling to one knee. "Gods dammit..." Mark said, feeling such guilt build up inside him, "He's gone. Yeligar is really gone..."

This Kain guy should have been pretty important then if Mark had been insistent on going to Hellious just to get him, he said he knew 'everything' afterall...
"Everything, huh..." she continued her open thoughts about Kain, curious as she looked down at Zeke, thinking briefly about Alexander and then expanding on herself, her mission before all of this, her 'family' and drama in Heaven and so forth. She wanted to say it wasn't possible that someone could know 'everything', though she knew enough to know that those who did were along the same lines of...
"A god? An agent of?"
He knew all, spoke the language to boot--he either was, or he'd spent far (really exaggerating farrrrrr) too much of his life being a scholar in Heaven instead...which was stupid to her anyway. Shanira only stopped speaking aloud for a few moments as she watched the interaction between Mark and the highly useless mortal who liked to arbitrarily announce things to the group, normally with oddly precise-sounding numbers to his blurts. She frowned, finding she instinctively pet Zeke to soothe the discomfort that suddenly arose in her as well seeing a fellow angel as distraught as he was.
What was she supposed to do about that? What could you do about that? If it were her, she'd probably need the space to let loose and attack something just to shake the emotions a little. Her eyes stayed on him sympathetically, eventually finding nothing else she could offer up to say to him aside from an acknowledging, "Commander..."
Losing allies, no matter how annoying they were, sucked. She felt there wasn't much else she could say to make the situation better, not right now anyway. Maybe after she'd find a time to meet with him.

"Excuse me..." Mark said to no one in particular as he stood up and stepped up away from the group. Shanira was right about one thing for sure - best way to let loose was to attack something...
However, Mark had to stop his hunt for something to completely destroy when suddenly a large hole in the sky opened up, letting two strong people fly right towards the warship. They were angels, and judging from their power signatures, they were probably Archangels.
The two Archangels landed on the warship with a pounding force that caused the warship to rock a bit. These two Archangels were nearly impossible to distinguish because they both wore two dark green cloaks - similar to Mark's white one.
"Solaris!" One of the Archangels roared, "We demand to speak with you right away!"
Mark, who clearly didn't like thee sight of the two, stared over at the two Archangels before looking at the Captain's quarters. "We'll speak in there..." Before he took another step, he quickly looked over at Shanira and Brea and motioned for them to follow him in.
Something was different about this.

Shanira watched as Mark went to leave the group, thinking it best that he had a little alone time for a bit. However her interest was re-engaged as the two rough archangels showed up, shaking the ship and she watched with curiosity.
Even more intriguing, if not legitimately startling, was what had come out of the archangel's mouth first.
'...Solaris?!'
She'd blinked, hearing the name and at first looked around to see where Solaris was. That was when she realized that they were adressing Mark, for whatever reason that may be.
It was something Shanira wasn't going to anger or worry herself about, not now, and not here. But for some reason he had a connection with her own god's nemesis...which was highly disappointing. Solaris was a pest, and as far as she was always told his followers were to be avoided if not crushed for Felios. Felios and Solaris were enemies, though both gods of light.
...Interesting!
Her eyes narrowed, though she seemed at least concerned enough about Mark at the moment that she gave Zeke another pet on the head before removing herself from him to follow the commander into the Captain's quarters. If she was looking for answers, this may very well be the time she got them.

As soon as the Archangels landed on the deck, Brea instantly hovered his hand dangerously above the hilts of his blades. The very moment that they arrived, their demanding arrogance grated on the swordsman's nerves, but he knew better than to draw his blade openly on an Archangel. When Mark motioned for him to follow alongside Shanira, he gave the shortest of nods, his hand dropping down to rest atop the hilts of his swords before he marched over and into the Captain's quarters.
Once inside, he placed himself away to Mark's right, whilst his hand slowly moved up and down the hilt of his sword. The blonde waited patiently, his eyes narrowing as every muscle in his body tensed, the Undian Captain becoming a tightly compressed spring, ready to strike.

"This better be good." Mark stated as he slammed the door closed after everyone walked through, "I'm in no mood to be pissed on by your god right now." Mark hissed at the two. These two archangels worked for a 'small time' god (if they can be small), they didn't much like Mark and this wouldn't be the first time that they demanded something of him.
"Do you have any idea who you're speaking to?" The archangel scoffed, "I except to have some sort of respect."
"My respect went out the window when you rocked the boat. Now speak." Mark warned.
The archangels looked at each other briefly before looking back at the group, "We're here to collect Kain Angelo."
There was a silence... nobody spoke as it seemed nobody could believe what they said and Mark echoed those thoughts, "What did you just say?"
"We are here to collect Kain Angelo," the Archangel repeated once more, the entire area seemly growing tense as he spoke.
"..." Mark gripped the table, his anger seeming to grow as the Archangels continued.
"He's an Angelo, he's too dangerous alive. He'll be tried and put down, our god demands it. We just can't-"
"Are you out of your MINDS!?" Mark roared, his anger snapping the table he had been gripping in half, "Do you have ANY idea what we've been through for this! The people we've LOST!?"

Shanira wasn't sure what to make of all of this. Archangels from...something showing up to harass an agent of Solaris for custody of this godlike fellow of Kain Angelo that apparently Mark needed for the defeat of Duo. That's what she got from it.
To Shanira, helping Alexander was to help Mark, and here Mark was needing help shaking these two who wanted to take away their key to saving the world. She wasn't as quick to leap into attacking the archangels because regardless of where they were from, they were still something celestial and at least deserved proper warning. They weren't demons or anything, and despite the tense air Shanira only put herself on guard, one hand resting on her blade and the other she used the back of her hand to lightly touch Mark's upper arm to partially signal to him she was right beside him and to be calm, and in a hopeful way trying to let him know she'd actually be willing to negotiate with the pair that stood before the group first.
"Hold on, now. You don't understand," she spoke out to the archangels, "he is needed for something from us, first. After that, I don't care what you do with him. We can work this out so we both get what we want, can't we?"

"This is not a negotiation!" The Archangels spat back at Shanira, "We don't need an Angelo to defeat an Angelo. We have the might of Heaven behind us, we can do this without him!"
Mark looked at Shanira with eyes that screamed for some sort of excuse to bash these archangel's skulls in. He looked back at the Archangels, leaned forward and spoke out to them, "You're about to make a terrible mistake. There are people I love living on this world and I'm not just about to let you doom it because your god had a fit."
The Archangel leaned forward so that their eyes met before speaking back to Mark, "This. Is. Not. A. Negotiation!"
The Archangels turned away from Mark, heading right towards the door. Mark didn't react at first, but when he did it was clear that he was going to tear these Archangels to pieces.... he didn't get a chance, though.
As the Archangels opened the door they came face to face with the person they were after, Kain Angelo. He held his hand outward, smiling over at them.
"Do you know what this is?" Kain Angelo asked, "Right here in my hand is a captured atom. I won't bother you with the specifics but once I split this atom, well, you'll see something that very few in this world have."
The Archangels stared at each other before back at Kain, they knew what he meant, but they weren't sure if he'd actually do it... they also weren't sure if they wanted to take that chance, the Angelo's were known to be crazy.
Kain smiled, "Your god wants me? Tell him to get in line."
Kain held his hands together, as if he was about to pull something apart. That was enough for the Archangels, without waiting for another moment they were up in the air and flying away, yelling curses in their ancient words.
"Well... that was close...." Kain said, looking back at the group.

Shanira blinked watching the archangels' reaction to her, again not having a clue what to make of it all. All she knew now was as quick as they came they were gone. And while she knew Mark was upset, something had to be cleared up.
" Okay, first of all...' Solaris '?" she directed the first to Mark before turning to Kain, " secondly...WHAT are you? "

Kain couldn't help but smile at Shanira as she questioned the two. He took a step back and bowed in her direction, "My name is Kain Angelo, but perhaps giving my other name would explain more - many call me Odin, god of Allorum."
Mark was a bit less dramatic in his own actions, "I am similar to Kain, here. Up in Heaven I am known as Solaris, god of light." He wasn't fully aware of the fights that Solaris and his rival had up in heaven. Truthfully he wasn't even the 'same' Solaris that Shanira was aware of, but that was entirely different story altogether.

It was something Shanira probably should have known beforehand but couldn't honestly say she did, so having Kain drop his 'proper' name put it into perspective. Where she wasn't fully knowledgeable of him personally, her understanding of Odin was still quite clear. At least now that was confusion easily solved!
Solaris on the other hand was a lot more complicated. She'd thought Mark was an archangel, though she didn't remember him saying it himself, she heard the demons say it. Maybe they were wrong, demons were always wrong, that's why they were stupid and lived in Hellious afterall. It didn't matter, what mattered was that she not only aided him in his mission but was also in the presence of an enemy. Yet at the same time he was helping to defeat Duo, or so he seemed to be. Why she wasn't sure, though maybe that's why she didn't really understand 'evil', just that it had to be stopped.
Though cutting down Solaris would leave this group stranded in the ocean, not to mention an angel of even her own skill taking on a god on her own would just be suicide.
Shanira stared at Mark in silence, her hand still resting on her blade even long after the two abrasive archangels had left, an obvious, restless guard she'd set up and appeared to as of now have no intention of letting it drop. She realized it was a bit of a shame, she had been enjoying the adventure with the good-looking, little-bit-wacky archangel.
"Solaris," she finally answered Mark with a nod, her tone devoid of all the warmth she'd possessed for him earlier. She had nothing else to do but work with him for now.

Mark looked over at Shanira and saw a face he was well used to - it was the face of disdain. He feared the name Solaris had awoken that feeling within her, which was something he was used to. Mark frowned before turning away from her, "It's just Mark, please."
He hated being called that name, he purposely kept his power discrete to make people think he was an Archangel rather than what he truly was. And why would he like that name? It was the name of a god that spent the last 700 years making his life a living hell.
But now he needed to focus, what did this new revelation mean? Did they loose Heaven's support?
"Relax everyone, we need a moment before we move for our next destination..." With that Mark moved away from the rest of the group, figuring solitude would be the best as he considering their next move.

His reaction wasn't anything Shanira had honestly expected. Somehow she had thought that Solaris would have questioned her, somehow her allegiance with Felios would have been found out and she was here to face him alone.
As Mark turned away she noticed a distinct hurt in his eyes. She wasn't going to let her guard down yet around him, though she thought it odd that he'd react that way. something seemed to be amiss.
And for the slightest moment she felt a pang of guilt. She felt the need to do something to clear it up, but for now he really did need his moment alone. She decided then she'd find him later in a time when the crew was perhaps asleep and she could talk to him alone.
